Fifteen

Three weeks passed since Harry and I started taking lessons with Uncle Remus to learn the Patronus charm and we're getting better at it.

These three weeks just consisted of homework quidditch practice, pranks and detentions. Oh and visiting Snuffles every other day and giving him food.

Now it's the beginning of February and Harry got his firebolt back! Which is awesome good for him.

I woke up to hear someone yelling . I sit up like the others and we get up and go down to the common room where all of the guys were in their pajamas.

"It's Sirius Black he attacked me!" Ron said.
The room became loud as everyone began talking. Soon Professor McGonnagal came into the common room in her night wear. I ran over to George and Fred. George wrapped an protective arm around me.

"What is going on here?!" She yelled over everybody's voices.

"Sirius Black attacked me in my dorm!" Ron yelled hysterical.

"Mr. Weasley that is preposterous! How could Sirius Black possibly get through the portrait hole?"

"I don't know how he got in. I was busy dodging his knife." Ron said.

"Percy have you seen Sir Cadogen?" Percy looks around.

"Oh he's right there." Percy said pointing to him.

"Oh Sir Cadogen?" McGonnagal walked over to him. "Sir Cadogen!"

"Ah, hello Ms." He said handing a lady in the painting flowers.

"Is it possible that you let in a mysterious man into Gryffindor tower tonight?"

"Certainly good lady. He had the password he had the weeks if that, had it on a little piece of paper."

"Who would be foolish to write it down on a piece of paper and precede to lose them?" I looked around. I looked over at Neville who had his head down. "Is it always going to be you?" She asked him and sighed. "Sirius Black is gone for tonight, I think it's safe to assume that he will return, now I speak for the entire staff, when I say we will take every precaution to ensure your safety it is common to say that you will act responsibly amongst yourselves. Understood?" Everybody agrees. "Now off you go.

"Are you okay Anna?" George asks me as everyone heads back to their dorms.

"Yea. Good night." I say while I hugged George then Fred and headed back to bed myself.

At this point it's been a week since Sirius Black broke into the school. Since then they tightened up security by having trolls guard the doors to the school. Yesterday was buckbeaks hearing and we are heading over to see Hagrid now to see what happened.

"Beautiful day." Hermione commented.

"Of course, unless you mean ripped to pieces!" Ron exclaimed.

"Ripped to pieces? What are you talking about?" Harry asked.

"Ronald has lost his rat." Hermione said.

"I haven't lost anything your cat killed him!"

"Rubbish."

"Anna you've seen that blood thirsty beast of hers is always lurking about. Scabbers is gone."

"Well maybe you should learn to take better care of your pets!" Hermione argued.

"Your cat killed him!"

"Did not!"

"Did!"

"Didn't."

Oh Merlin look at them fighting like a married couple.

I sat down on a rock. We were by the lake talking to Hagrid about buckbeaks hearing .

I was sad to learn that Buckbeak is being sentenced to death.

"And now he's being sentenced to death!" I explained the whole thing to Uncle Remus.
"If my brother wasn't such an idiot and wasn't a snitch, this wouldn't have happened." I told him.

"Well I'm sorry to hear that." He told me pouring more hot chocolate into both of our mugs.

This became a somewhat daily thing. I come here and there to his office and just hang here and drink hot chocolate.

"Uncle Remus?"

"Yes?"

"What was my mother like?" I ask him curiously.

"Your mother like you was very smart and beautiful and a troublemaker like you. You was very talented witch and very powerful, she loved to read eat chocolate she was funny, kind." I smiled.

"Do you think she'll ever wake up?" I ask him looking away from him. I hear him sigh.

"The healers at St Mungos says she won't but knowing my sister she's a fighter. But I don't think she will even though there is still a part of me that believes she will someday." I nodded.

"I'm sorry for bringing it up if it hurts too much." I said lightly.

"No. It's okay to ask these things." I nodded. I looked at the time.

"Well dinner is going to start soon I will see you there!" I said picking my bag up and leaving.

I say the password and walk through the portrait hole.

I placed my bag in my dorm and headed out and running into Fred and George.

"Hello Anna." They said. I smile.

"Hello boys!" I said.

"Harry got the Maraurders map taken away." Fred said.

"What?! When did this happen?" I ask him as we made our way to the Great Hall.

"He was caught by Professor Snape and Lupin last week and Lupin took it." George said. I sighed.

"Well that's just great." I mumbled. Now I can't go see and feed Snuffles. I need that map so I can get out of here without being seen and to make sure I don't run into no Sirius Black my father.

I sat next to George and Harry at dinner.
George and I started a food fight and we got detention for it but it was worth it.
