Twenty-one

"Remus, my old friend! Have you taken your potion tonight?" Dad asks Uncle Remus running over to him as he began to transform. "You know who you really are Remus! This heart is where you truly live! This heart here!" Uncle Remus groaned in pain. It was hard seeing him like this. He dropped his wand and Pettigrew grabbed it!

"Expelliarmus!" Harry said making the wand fly out of Pettigrews hands. But it was too late. Pettigrew transformed and ran.

Uncle Remus yelled in pain as I heard his shirt ripping as he was fully transforming now.

He howled in pain throwing dad off of him. I hope dad is alright. Ron tried getting us to leave.

"Wait!" I said. I looked at my uncles whimpering wolf form. "Uncle Remus?" I say taking a small step forwards. He slowly looked up at me. "Uncle Remus? It's me, Annabelle." I said. He lifted his head and howled. I backed away.

"There you are Malfoy!" Snape sneered walking over. Uncle Remus growled and Snape quickly turned and blocked us. Uncle Remus swiped his paw at us making us fall. He was about to do it again when dad lunged at him in his animagus form.

They began to fight. Growling and snapping each other. Uncle Remus through dad off and came at us again and dad but his arm pulling him away. I watched as my dad ran and uncle Remus chased after him.

"Dad!" I yelled running after them. I noticed Harry following me.

"Get back here!" Snape yelled but I obviously didn't listen.

I saw Uncle Remus throw dad into a boulder. I quickly transformed.

"Anna don't!" Harry said but I didn't listen. I don't like to see people I care about hurt. I pounced on my uncle to distract him from hurting dad. He managed to grab me and throw me as well. I whimpered at the pain in my side. He ran over at me and swung his paw at me, his claws scratching my face and my side.

I howled in pain. I heard a howling in the distance, distracting my uncle. I saw black spots in my vision as Uncle Remus ran off. I shifted back just in case.

Soon I blacked out.
