Meeting Stiles at the publishing company was something that Derek didn't expect to happen.

Seeing those beautiful big brown eyes stare at him with his cheeks turning pink with embarrassment definitely made Derek's day, if not better.

"You don't get it, Laura! He's different." Derek said as he fixed his tie in front of the mirror of his walk in closet.

A woman with long dark brown hair came in with a raised brow and said, "You say that to every Sub you had for the past ten years, Der-bear."

Derek rolled his eyes and gave his big sister a heavy scowl, "No, I don't. He's different from them. I really think that he could be the perfect Sub."

Laura sighed heavily and gave her brother an exasperated look, "Derek, there's no such thing as the perfect Sub. Believe me, I've looked."

"He could be trained to be one... Like you did with Isaac." Derek said as he grabbed his iPhone from the coffee table.

"Isaac is different, Der. He had issues and I just helped him get past them. This--- Stiles, if you think that he's the one, tell him. Okay? Now go to work. You have a meeting with a client in thirty minutes." She said she shooed her brother out of the room.

Derek was practically floating as he walked to his car. He was happy because he was meeting Stiles for lunch later. It was something that he was really looking forward to seeing the young man after that unexpected meeting at the publishing company a few days ago.

"Morning, Boss." Boyd greeted him with a smile as he opened the car door for him.

"Good morning, Boyd." The man greeted back as he hopped in to the backseat. He quickly fished out his phone from his pocket and sent a text to Stiles saying that he was on his way to work.

A reply from Stiles came that says, "Have a nice day. And please don't bite off your employees' heads off... :)"

He chuckled and replied, "Can't make any promises ;)"

The meeting with one of his clients went really sour. Divorce cases have always been the least of his favorites; he always thinks about the children being dragged into the problem and it always made his day a little bad.

The wife, whom Derek was defending, found out that her husband had been cheating on her for the past two years. Sometimes, Derek thinks why would men cheat on their wives even though those women did everything they could to make their husbands stay.

When lunch came, he quickly drove down to Laura's restaurant to meet Stiles, who coincidentally just got there himself.

The young man was wearing a gray shirt under his black leather jacket. He was seated by the window and the way the light hit his skin just takes Derek's breath away.

The dark colors of Stiles' clothes totally contrasted with his alabaster skin. Derek waved towards his direction and the smile on  Stiles' face was definitely something that made Derek's day better.

"Hey, you look beat... it's not even five yet." Stiles jokingly said as he stood up and pressed a kiss on Derek's scruffy cheeks.

"I can't say much but it's a divorce case. You know how those things pan out. Anyway, how was your day so far? I hope yours did better than mine." Derek said as they sat, he gestured for the waiter to come over.

Stiles frowned and said, "I heard from Jackson that this one is quite big. They have children involved. Anyway, confidentiality and all... so, what's good here?"

Derek smiled softly and said, "Hmm... well, since I come here at least three times a week, I definitely recommend their pasta dishes and for dessert, you have to try their vanilla cheesecake with strawberry topping... trust me, it's to die for."

"Let's eat!" was all Stiles could say and Derek couldn't help but agree.

Conversation flowed easily between them and Derek couldn't help but feel really drawn to this young man.

Stiles was like a breath of fresh air, like he was something that Derek could really hold on to for the rest of his life. This young man was someone he'd mold into the perfect Sub and he'd make Derek proud.

He just doesn't know how to bring it up.

"So, aside from working at the office, working out and hanging out with your sisters, what else do you do? You told me that you engage into pretty extreme stuff." Stiles said as he wiped his lips with the napkin and set aside his utensils when he finished his carbonara.

Derek met his eyes and he smirked darkly at Stiles before he said, "Wouldn't you like to know."

And the blush that rose from Stiles'  cheeks gave away more than he could let on, "Uh... n-no... oh... god."

"Would you like to know about my guilty pleasure, Stiles?" Derek asked as the look on his face darkened.
