I walked through the doors and headed to reception
Today was my first day in my new school and I was hoping for a fresh start
'Here is your planner, and here is everything you need to know about McKinley high' she said
I took the folder from her and walked away
'Hey you must be new' a girl said
'Yeah im Jaci' I said
'Awesome! Im Sophie! What is your first class?'
'Math I think'
'Same! Let's go' she said and I followed her up to the room
'You can sit next to me' she said
I followed her to the place and we both sat down
The teacher came in
'Hello class, I believe we have a new student today. Jaci'
I waved at him
'Ah there you are! Well nice to meet you jaci im pretty sure you will fit in' he said
I smiled and carried on with the lesson
It was now lunch time and Sophie said I could sit with her and her friends
'Guys this is jaci! Jaci this is Harry, Liam and niall' she said
I waved and sat down
'Nice to meet you jaci. Im pretty sure you will fit in just great with us!' Harry said
'Thanks' I smiled
After we all ate I headed to my next lesson
I bumped into someone
'Oh sorry' I said
I looked down to see a guy in a wheelchair and I must have knocked all his books out his hand
'What do you think you are doing?!' he shouted
'Oh- Urm im sorry. Let me help' I said and I picked all his books up and handed them back
He snatched them out my hands 'I don't need your help' he said and started to leave
'Wait! Maybe I could help you get to your next class?'
He laughed 'Why because im in this thing? You don't need to feel bad for me and I certainly don't need your help so leave me alone yeah?' he said and left
I sighed 'its okay love, he's like that with everyone' Sophie said
'What happened to him?' I asked
'He wasn't always like that. Earlier this year he got in a car accident and lost the feeling in his legs. That also explains the scars on his face. It is possible for him to get his legs back but apparently he refuses to try help the problem. He actually used to hang out with us but he's been a jerk to everyone since' she said
'That's sad'
'Yeah, we tried to help but he didn't want it so we stopped trying'
'Oh right' I said
It's been a few weeks and I've tried over and over again with talking to him but nothing.
I headed to science to see the guy was in this class
'Hey' I said
He looked at me and rolled his eyes
'Is this seat free?'
