I grabbed Harry's hand as we waited for the nurse to call my name
Me and harry were waiting for a scan because I recently started to bleed and I was 4 months pregnant but we was even more nervous because I have had 3 miscarriages recently and this is our only hope left, if there is no baby anymore then we don't know what else we can do
'You will be fine' he said and kissed my head
'Harry im scared... what if it's just not meant to be?' I said
'Hey, hey listen to me okay? We will get the chance to be parents okay? The important thing is we stick together and you mustn't blame yourself okay? The doctor even said the last time'
I nodded and started playing with my hands again
'Mrs Styles?'
'That's me' I said me and harry walked in
'Hello mr and Mrs Styles, I see you have been bleeding?'
'Yeah....'
'Right okay, if you could just lay down for me I will give you a scan and see what the problem is' he said
I sighed and lay down on the bed and grabbed harry's hand
'Okay, you are 17 weeks am I correct?'
'Yeah'
'Okay so I will just put this gel on your belly it will be cold but if you could just try and relax so its easier to get a better view'
'Everything's going to be okay' Harry said and kissed my hand
I looked over at the doctor whose face wasn't giving much away and the suspense was killing me
A weird sound started to play and the doctor turned o me
; Can you hear that?'
I nodded
'Well Mrs Styles that is your baby's heartbeat'
I smiled and looked over at harry who was also smiling
'Here you go' he said and turned the screen to us
I felt the tears gather up and I couldn't help but have a grin on my face
'Y/n?' I looked over to see harry
'Sorry what?'
'The doctor said do you want to know the sex of the baby?'
'Urm sure, harry do you?'
He nodded
'Okayyeah please' I smiled
'Okay congrats you're having a boy' he smiled
'A boy....' harry grinned 'Do you know why she was bleeding?'
'Well it's quite rare for a bleed but it can also be totally normal. If you have anymore problems like this then come down and we will check it out'
'Thank you'
'Ill just go get some photos for you guys' he said and left me and harry
'I told you everything was okay' he said
'I know, maybe this is the real thing this time' I said
'It will be I know it' harry said and placed a kiss on my forehead
The doctor came back and cleaned my belly up and I sat up and he passed us the photos
'Thank you' I said and me and harry left to go home
