'Oh my god! I won!' I said and held up the ticket
'Let me see' Carly said she took the tickets out my hand 'You and one other person are invited to the grand opening of the new ship the titanic. I hope you can come and enjoy the adventure and we set sail around the world on the 14th July!' she said 'That's tomorrow!!'
'Oh my god, we better pack' I said and we both went upstairs and packed
The next day we put all our luggage in the back of the car and headed to the port where the ship was leaving from
'Im nervous, I hate the sea' I said
She laughed 'So why are we going on a ship?'
'I never thought I'd actually get tickets to go on board... now that its sunk in im going to be on the sea for a month its making me feel sick' I said
'It's fine, just think of all the fit guys. The amazing experience you're going to get. Besides just don't look out the window and you won't even know' she said
'I guess' I sighed
We arrived and we headed to the port
I dropped my bags and looked at Carly
'Right I can't do this' I said
'Yes you can, look at me' she said and made me look at her 'you can do this. Repeat after me. I, y/n y/l/n am going to get on that boat'
I laughed 'I, y/n y/l/n am going to get on that boat'
'And then once im on the boat im going to help my bestest friend Carly get a boyfriend'
I rolled my eyes 'is this the only reason you want to come?'
'No, im here for the holiday, but 70% yes' she smirked
'Right we better get on board' I said
'Okay come on' we pulled out suitcases with us and walked over to the guy at the front
'Hello, welcome to the titanic.' He said
'Hello' Carly winked
I showed the guy our tickets and took a glass of champagne 'Okay on you go'
'Are you going to be on there?' Carly asked
'Im sorry ma'am but I will not' he said
'Urgh' she said and followed me on
'Carly don't bother the staff' I laughed
We headed to the reception and checked in
'Okay you are on floor 3, room 4B' she said
'Thank you' I said and grabbed the paperwork 'Can you take this Carly?'
I turned around to see she wasn't there
I rolled my eyes and looked around
I saw a guy who worked here and I walked over to him 'Urm hey can you help me find my friend?'
He turned around and he was gorgeous
I found myself staring at him until someone spoke 'y/n? Are we allowed to check in yet?'
I snapped out my thoughts and looked over to see Carly
'Oh there you are, yeah we can. I thought I'd lost you' I said
