I got up quickly and ran behind him, "Your kidding me right? One moment your insulting me and my father the next saving me from death?"
"I know stupid right?" He replied still walking away.
"Aren't you going to lock me in my cage again?"
He stopped and turned quickly, making me accidentally bump into him, "Don't make me regret saving you."
He walked away from me angry with himself or something. Honestly i was still shock, "Dont think through it too much you'll hurt yourself," a voice from behind me said.
"Ha. Ha. Felix." i replied sarcastically. He was holding a bow in one hand and a net in the other.
"You going hunting?" i asked.
"Uh Yeah we need more food for later."
"Can i come?" i asked. He studied me, "Relax i cant leave remember? Theres not one place on the island that he won't be able find me in."
He smiled, "Do you even know how to shoot an arrow?"
I laughed, "What you think because im a girl i can't use weapons. Im a pirate, i handled a pistol when i was five."
He laughed giving me the bow and pointing to what direction we were going in with his head. Some of the lost boys came along too, they wanted to see what i can really do with a bow. I couldn't help but feel that Pan wouldn't be far either.
"There," pointed Felix to a wild boar.
"Fun," i whispered. Everyone was watching me now, which was very nerve racking.
I put the arrow in inlinemeant with the bow then pulled it back and with perfect aim, i killed the boar like nothing. All around people clapped and gave me high fives.
"I see you have an eye," said Felix.
"I told you i could do it."
Then from behind the boys on a tree Pan came out, "But can you really?" he said.
I rolled my eyes, "What now?"
He then grabbed an apple from one of the trees and placed it on one of the heads of the lost boys.
"If you can hit that apple on his head, you can rome the island for today. After all theres no place you can hide."
I took a deep breathe and agreed. I felt terrible now, because if i missed i would end up killing a lost boy which is something i really didn't want to happen, but Pan was just pushing my limits. I had the arrow and bow in perfect position when Pan continued,"Wait, you can't use a regular arrow, you need one with extra death on it, this one here has deadly night shade on it." Deadly Night shade can kill a person within seconds, worlds worst poison. "Fine," i said taking the arrow with the poison on it. I took a few deep breathes before shooting, but when i did, i didn't miss. The arrow slipped perfectly on to the apple hanging it from a tree. I sighed with relief.
"Im impressed," Pan said taking steps closer to me, "I didn't think you'd be able to do it."
"Just one of the long list of things," i said. He smiled.
"Freedom for a day," he said, "Go before i change my mind."
I didn't think twice before running away, but it wasn't scared running away it was freedom.
I ran to the one place i missed the most, the sea. As soon as i got there i rolled around in the warm sand letting the warmth of the Sun comfort me.
I slipped my shoes off and let them feel the sea once more, the smell of the sea made me feel right at home.
"I let you go and you run off to the sea?" i turned to see Pan standing on one of the near boulders.
I rolled my eyes as he continued, "What were you expecting to find your father here? You know you can't leave, no one does without my permission"
"No i already knew he wouldn't be here, but i needed to feel somewhat at home, and im not stupid enough to try and leave" i replied.
He chuckled, "I'm never going to understand gi-."
"Girls?" i said, "That's exactly why, you cast us out and then think yourselves superior to us. But your not, your just another lost boy."
"Maybe, but I wouldn't speak to much if i were you, your just as lost as any one of us. You heard my music."
"Only because you wanted me to hear it, im not lost, what i am is different, im trapped."
I looked at him, he staring at me with a confused look.
I got up eventually and sat next to him on the boulder over looking the sea, "You could be so much more Pan, but you'd rather have control over everyone which makes you blind."
"Blind? To what?" he asked.
He was testing me now and i was eager to change the subject.
"Let me know when you find out," i continued, "Now are you going to give me a tour of your island or do i have to figure it out all on my own?"
He laughed and stood up, i put my arms out, "Lead the way Cap."
We walked for hours but it only seemed like seconds. So many beautiful things in Neverland, and i never thought I'd be sharing these moments with the one person who would have least let me in at the beginning, Pan.
"I bet you can't throw this rock into that hole in the tree, and make it leap over the the lake," I said to Pan as I pointed to the tree and handed him a rock.
"What would I win?" he asks raising an eyebrow.

"Maybe eggs in a basket, I don't know, you'll have to figure that out" I tease him. I couldn't help but laugh and love the whole eyebrow thing he had going on. He smiled and then threw the rock. The rock simply entered the hole, and leaped over the lake like something that seemed impossible, he then turned to look at me with an even bigger smile.
"Peter Pan never fails!" I teased as i walked away making him chase after me.

I couldn't picture a more perfect day, and when nightfall came, Pan had the boys make me a tent to sleep. Officially proclaiming me not the lost, nor trapped girl but the Free Girl.

Before i could go to bed though some of the younger boys needed comfort, so they asked me to sing to them. I didn't mind, they were nice kids, but i knew i couldn't get too attached to this place. As i sang some of the older boys walked in and just like the younger ones fell asleep too.
"I thought you didn't like it here, But you seem right at home." he said startling me.

"Pan?! You scared me! God! Haven't you heard of knocking..."

"I couldn't help it... So what were you doing?"
"I was just... They asked me to sing to them..."
"... Thank you, they have been battling to sleep recently... Well Goodnight." He began to walk away, but i couldn't resist.
"Peter, Wait!"
He slowly turned to look at me,"What is it?"
I caught up to him and hesitated before saying anything.

"You're not as bad as I first thought..."

He was looking me in the eye now, with a charming smile,"But it doesn't change anything, your still just my kidnapper," i reassured walking away.
