Notch's Point of View
A couple hours later, the six of them were back at Ruth's. The sun was setting outside.
Everyone was sitting down, silence all around. Notch guessed everyone was thinking about Ore. Except probably Steven, who didn't know Ore.
Kylee had had her baby while the five of them were off fighting. She looked so proud of the baby girl in her arms.
No one had spoken since the five of them got back. Ruth, Kylee, and Madge seemed to realize they needed to be alone in silence for awhile.
Notch couldn't believe he had watched Ore die right in front of him, with nothing he could do to help. He felt helpless, hopeless.
Notch turned the pouch of glowstone dust over in his hands. Ore had thrown it to him just before he died.
He had also yelled something before he died. Notch wasn't sure if he had said actual words or if it was just an unintelligible cry. There would be no way to find out.
Notch tried to think about other things, but his mind kept wandering back to Ore. He couldn't keep his friend's death off his mind.

Jeb's Point of View
Jeb sat in Ruth's hut with the others in silence. No one seemed like they wanted to talk.
Ore was gone. That was all Jeb could think, over and over again. Ore was gone.
Jeb already missed Ore's logic. He was the practical one of the group, always pointing out possible flaws in their plans. In a way, it was kind of annoying, but it helped them a lot.
What was Mojang now? Were they just Mjang now?
Without Ore, they couldn't be Mojang.

Mace's Point of View
It was settled.
Mace was changing his name.
He didn't want to be big strong Mace anymore. He wanted to change his name, in Ore's memory.
He wanted to incorporate Ore's name into his new one, he just wasn't sure how to put it. One thing was sure, however, Mace would make sure he remembered Ore.
He just couldn't believe Herobrine had succeeded in killing one of his friends. Mace had failed to stop him.
Ore.
Suddenly, Mace knew a name he could replace his with.

Notch's Point of View
Madge was watching some television program on the small TV set in the hut. Notch had happened to glance at it when the program cut out.
It was replaced by a very familiar figure.
Herobrine.
The evil being was grinning at the camera in that evil way of his. After a few seconds, he spoke.
"As you all know, I attacked Mineville today with my giant Zombies. It was going to be my last attack, to show you all my power.
"However. There was some...resistance in Mineville." He paused after this. It seemed like he was looking right at Notch.
In a way, he was. When he said resistance, he meant Notch and his friends.
