Like a Like a guitar without its strings
Like a bride without her ring
Like a plane with no wings
Missing pieces, missing things
Like a light without its brightness
Like a haunted house without its frightness
Like a memory that's not timeless
Missing places, people lifeless
There's so many pieces missing
From this twisted game called life
So many people and things
That need to stand up and fight
But one thing is for sure
We all need a way to keep this earth pure
Like a train that's being misdirected
Like a healthy child that's being infected
Like a miserable place being selected
Holy times, nobody protected
Like a movie without a plot
Like a new country not being sought
Like a war not being fought
Nature dying, holes caught
These thins all have one thing in common
They are all missing one key thing amen
The one single thing that makes them all function
But we only focus on the things that dysfunction
There's so many pieces missing
From this twisted game called life
So many people and things
That need to stand up and fight
But one thing is for sure
We all need a way to keep this earth pure
