I hate when I read the same names for every book. Too many Brianas and Shays, Kings and Pharaohs. We understand---your character rules and runs that city and they are the shit. Look up names for men and women, use specific races, use something unique. I'm particularly a fan of hippie, Japanese and Greek names. It is different and shows how diverse and beautiful your character can be. A name can define your character. Feel free to use my favorites:
