A/N Okay so before you all begin getting confused read this, it will take like 30 seconds, so there is now a time skip in the story. This was meant to happen at the beginning of this book but me being me I changed the storyline ! So there is a time skip, it's quite a big one, two years since they got married. It will make more sense later, you're probably thinking why is she doing such a  big time skip ??? confusing I know haha, I hope you all aren't too confused , just bear with me! I didn't want the story to be boring so I'm changing it up a bit to so it's not the same old boring shit all the time haha !

Niall's POV

I looked outside to see Jenny's car pulling into our driveway. My heart began racing when I saw her get out of the car, she had text me asking if I was home because she wanted to talk. She could of this morning before work - yes she works now - and I don't. Oh, how the tables have turned.

I did work for a while after Jenny and I got married, until we took a break from the band. I decided not to go back as Jenny and I wanted to start a family and properly settle down. We tried - our effort was unavailing. I gave up on the prospect after Jenny miscarried, again and again. Each time broke my heart a little more. I don't think I could go through it again. You think you're having a kid, you get all elated and then before you know it, it's like it never happened to begin with.

Jenny was ill with the last miscarriage and I don't want to see her suffer again. It was quite distressing, I'm just thankful for the fact none of her pregnancies got out to the press. Imagine if it did, then she miscarried and we would of had to see it on every newspaper and every article online. I know that would be horrible. In a sense, I'm glad she miscarried early each time before we had told the public.

I jumped slightly when the door opened, having been in a world of my own, looking over at Jenny with wide eyes which made her frown.

"Jeez blondie, do I look that bad?" Jenny asked, raising her eyebrows at me as she walked into our house.

"No, no, y'just scared me, s'all." I shrugged, biting on my nails and walking over to the couch, sitting down and watching her as she sat adjacent to me.

"That's me done work for the day." She smiled, lying down and resting her head on my lap. I smiled down at her softly and began to play with her hair gently.

"Good, now I have company for the evening." I smiled. I don't get many evenings alone with her now. She's so busy with work. She owns her own company now, a makeup company. It started off small, just in the UK but now it has began selling all over the world. I'm so proud of her, she worked so hard to get where she is. She's still a makeup artist as well on the side, she travels a lot. I either hitch along with her, like she used to do with me, or I stay home alone. (Which I hate). It's funny, our roles have completely switched.

I still do work as well though, I don't just sit at home all the time. I do the odd bit of TV presenting alongside other various things. I like to keep myself busy when Jenny's working.

"Yeah, we can cuddle and watch a movie, it's been a while since we done that." Jenny grinned, looking up at me through her eyelashes as she kicked off her shoes, reaching down and rubbing her feet.

"Sounds like a great evening." I smiled back, caressing her hair gently, taking the remote and picking a movie on Netflix on the telly. "What was it you wanted to talk to me about?" I looked down at her after about five minutes of playing with her hair, the film just beginning.

"Oh, it doesn't matter anymore, let's just have a nice evening, forget I even said anything." She shrugged it off, earning a slight frown from me.
