"How many times do I have to tell you Seth. It doesn't matter weather you win or not, you are always a winner in my eyes and that will never change" you said as you placed one of your hands on Seth's shoulder
"Well you know what (Y/N). That's just not good enough anymore!!" Seth yelled as he shoved your hand away
Seth had been on a losing streak and your relationship was falling apart around you. He would spend all his free time at the gym and when he came home he would go straight to bed without even saying a single word to you
"Seth. Please don't be like this-"
"Be like what? Do you have any idea what it is like to keep losing when you're supposed to be the top guy?" Seth asked
"Seth-"
"No. Just stop. I don't want to hear it anymore. Just go, leave me alone" Seth yelled as he walked away from you
He had never treated you like that and you were trying your best to hold back tears
"Okay. If that's what you want" You quickly packed up your things and made your way to your car
You took out your phone, bringing up your best friends contact as your phone trembled In your hands
"Hey boo"
You started to cry upon hearing her voice "(Y/N) what's wrong?"
"I-it's Seth" you managed
"What's happened? Did you have a fight?" Nikki asked
"Y-yeah I just walked out"
"Come and stay with me for however long you need" Nikki offered
"Thanks" you sniffed "I'll be there soon"
"No problem hon. Travel carefully, it's raining pretty hard out there!" she said as she hung up
You only lived 10 minutes away from Nikki, so you were certain that you could get to her house without any trouble, despite the terrible wheather. You wiped the tears off your cheeks and started the engine, taking one last look at the house you and Seth shared before driving off. The rain was beating down onto the windscreen and it was nearly impossible to see out of it as you drove. You turned on the lights but they failed to make much of a difference and you sighed to yourself wondering how this day could possibly get any worse. You had been driving for about five minutes when the road suddenly became slippery and as you turned a corner, the wheels swerved and you lost control of the car. You slammed on the breaks but it was no use and you collided with the car in front of you, the airbag inflated and you blacked out as it hit you in the face

[2 days later]
* * * Seth
I felt so bad about the way I had spoken to (Y/N). I had let my anger get the better of me and I had taken it out on her because she was the only person around. She had been so supportive and now I had potentially lost her because I couldn't control my temper. I've tried calling her, but she won't answer my calls and now I'm starting to worry. I scrolled through my contacts and stopped at Nikki's name. Nikki and (Y/N) were best friends and if anyone knew where she was, it would be her. She probably wouldn't tell me, but it was worth a try. After a few rings, Nikki picked up
''It's Seth. Please don't hang up'' I could hear her breathing on the other side of the phone so I continued ''I know that you've probably been told not to tell me anything, but I really need to know where she is. I've been trying to call her but she wont answer my calls''
'Seth listen to me for a second' Nikki's tone was serious and my heart began to beat a little faster '(Y/N) is in hospital. She's been in there for a few days. On the night that you two had an argument, she called me and I told her that she could stay with me for a while. She agreed and I told her to drive carefully, due to the wheather being so bad that night...I was waiting for her but after half and hour I started to get worried and she wouldn't answer her phone so I got into my car and went to look for her. I found her car crashed into another vehicle'
''Oh god. Is she...is she-''
''She's fine. She's badly bruised but thankfully the airbags prevented any serious damage'' Nikki explained
Nikki gave me all the details and I dropped everything, making my way to the hospital

The beeping from the monitor you were attached to was the only sound you could hear as you shut your eyes and attempted to get some sleep. A few minutes later you felt someone grab your hand and you opened your eyes to see Seth sitting beside you
"Hey baby" he said as he stood up pecking you on the lips "I'm so sorry. This is all my fault"
"Seth. Stop. It's not your fault" you said as you squeezed his hand. You sat up, instinctively resting your hand on your stomach "The doctor. He found something when he did some tests"
"Okay" Seth replied, worried
"I'm pregnant" you announced
"I'm going to be a dad!?" Seth asked in amazement as he stared down at your stomach "When? I mean how far along?"
"About four months apparently" you answered "I didn't even know myself"
"Wow" he said as he placed another kiss on your lips
Just at that moment a nurse walked into the room. She smiled at the two of you "Are you the father?"
"Yes ma'am" Seth replied
"Well in that case congratulations" she said brightly
"Can I just ask. Is everything okay, I mean with the baby?" Seth asked
"Yes sir everything is fine. The little man is a fighter" she said as she wrote down some figures and left the room
"Little man? It's a boy? We're having a boy!!" Seth said ecstatically
"Yes babe we're having a boy" you said as he threw his arms around you
"I'll never let anything happen to you again, either one of you" he said as he kissed you
