Thank you, my Best Friend For Ever!

For being by my side through troubled times,

And for never leaving it despite my whines;

For considering me reason enough to stay,

Thank you BFF, for not walking away!

Our friendship has yet to go a longer way,

And I promise to be your companion, come what may!

For holding my hand and leading me into the meadow of light,

Thank you my best friend, for never letting me out of your sight!

I trust you with my life in the palms of your hands;

Even if it drops, you will ensure

That on a soft patch of grass it lands!

For being my helping hand in times of crisis,

Thank you my BFF, for being my friend on a daily basis!

Having weird reasons, a couple of times we did fight,

Sorry to say it was funny, yet felt so right!

Our battles woke everybody from their slumber of peace,

But my BFF, it all flew by in a breeze!

We'd love to wake anyone by singing,

Only until their curses crept into our ears, ringing!

Forever crushing on the Eaton's and the Potter's,

We really did, on some level, like Augustus Waters!

T'was truly on a high note of Back to December,

That we swore we'd forever remember

Of the times that pass and the memories that did fly,

Of the highs and the lows that we lived by!

That we'd be by each other no matter what,

Even if, physically, we're ever torn apart!

You're smart, charming cute and clever,

And I now ask: Will you be my Best Friend Forever?

Thank you my best friend, for being such an important part of my life, for making it worth living! :)
