Chapter 5: Fooling Around..?

-Kaien Cross's home, 3rd POV- 

-A year later-

"Aiko!" The silverette called out to his best friend, chasing after her.

"What?" Aiko shouted teasingly, increasing her speed.

Zero groaned, he was sure he won't get back his key back to his anytime soon.

Let's rewind for a bit shall we?

-A few minutes ago-

"Huh? What's this..?" Zero asked himself as he held up a weird looking singlet. (Undershirt)

The young male was asked by his best-friend to pack her stuff away for her while she helps Kaien with lunch as she was staying for the weekend. (Without Kaname's permission..)

Just as then, the door opened.

"Z-ZERO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" The silverette's best-friend shrieked in embarrassment as she snatched her bra away from the confused male.

"Wait.. What's that anyway?" The silver-haired male asked confusedly while reaching out for the bra.

"IT'S MY BRA YOU BAKA!" Aiko screamed, her cheeks turning into a dark shade of pink of which could shame Erza of Fairy Tail's hair. (Don't know Fairy Tail? Just imagine Shiki instead xD)

The silverette then turned into a dark shade of red, which he then proceeded to bow and apologize to his best-friend mulitple times.

The brunette sighed, patting the male's head softly, causing Zero to stop apologizing and look at her curiously.

Aiko smirked, looking at Zero with an evil glint in her eyes.

Zero shivered inwardly, knowing that it wouldn't be good.

"I'll forgive you if you can catch me!" Aiko declared, grabbing Zero's pair of keys to his bedroom from the male's bed and ran out off the room.

Zero blinked in confusion as he processed the challenge from the female then smirked, he was sure he could catch her in under five minutes.

(The keyword: He WAS sure.)

Zero panted, he ran after Aiko for more than half an hour now, and he was sure he won't ever get his key back.

Just as he went back into his room, he saw Aiko in her undergarments.

With wide eyes, he immediately covered his eyes as a dark blush covered his cheeks.

Aiko then noticed Zero was there and giggled at him.

"What's wrong Zero-kun? Have you never seen a female change before..?" She asked teasingly, as she pulled on her shirt.

"Er.." Zero mumbled as he rushed out, running into Kaname along the way.

 Kaname being nosy, he saw the whole incident (Even the incident earlier) and was furious.

Only he was able to see Aiko like that.

Aiko was his, not Zero's.

Kaname growled, he was sure to make Aiko forgive him and fall for him before she falls for Zero.

Unknown to the Pureblood prince, a younger female around the age of five, stared the the Vampire curiously from behind a corner.

Weirdly to the young female, she felt a small ache tug at her heart.
