December 25th Christmas Day.

It's time for families to get together

because it's Christmas day,

to share gifts and laughter

and have fun along the way.

But there are some who live alone,

they find this time of year hard,

they have no friends or family,

have not received a Christmas card. 

So if you know someone like this,

with your Christmas let them share,

knock on their door, invite them round,

show them that you care.

US scientists have calculated that Santa would have to visit 822 homes a second to deliver all the world presents on Christmas Eve travelling 650 miles a second.
