I was yet again told off for interrupting in an important meeting.
Like I was suppose to be there!
It was only because I slurping away at my 6 sugars coffee cause I was up late last night killing some Ghouls I ran into on my night walk.
My partner saw the slightly fake pout on my face and slapped me on my shoulder.
"Let's go for a walk"
Shinonhara Yukinori, 37,
Special class investigator and investigation commander in Division I.
"Huh?" I titled my head and looked up at him.
"How about something sweet?"
He smiled down at me.
He knows me so well, I just LOVE!! sweet things, so I jumped at the chance.
On my feet I giggled and skipped alongside him.
"Mmm mm mm mmm hmm mm mmm" I hummed happily my body slightly swaying like a tree.
Shinonhara chuckled,
"You sure like sweets, do ya kid?"
I laughed, "I sure doooo! Hahahaha"
He stopped, lost in looking at my feet while walking I bumped into his back.
"Why'd you stop?" I poke his back like there was a button to get him moving again.
"Has that always been there?" Shinonhara questioned out loud.
I followed his gaze to a sweet shop.
My eyes shone at all the candy alongside the window.
"WOW! Their in all different shapes... and strange flavors! SHINOHARA! "
I pretty much screamed with my face pushed against the window.
He walked in first, me behind him.
"Haha!" I laughed and spun and round in the shop.
I was greeted with the sweetest of smells as I entered.
YUM! The smell alone was intoxicating.
I grabbed a brown bag and started piling the candy into it.
Lolly pops, jaw breakers, chocolates, bubble gum, hard candy, chewy candy...
"Hey hey! Don't you think that's enough!" Shinonhara grabbed the bag and looked inside, it was near full.
'Wow!'
I was captivated by a new candy I hadn't seen before, ignoring his rambling.
"Aren't you worried your teeth are gonna fall out" Shinonhara muttered, I heard him place the bag in the counter.
"Good evening sir, will that be all?"
I drew closer to this new candy.
Shinonhara replied,
"You bake sweets too?"
I picked it up.
"Everything... from sweet pastries, ice creams and candy"
'Candy INSIDE candy!'
I eyed it from every angle, sniffed it even.
A red cherry lolly inside a clear gel kind of candy. And many flavors and colours in the shelf!
Shinonhara laughed, "He'll take that too"
"Thank you very much, have a sweet day"
(Y/N)'s POV
I was in the back finishing up some chocolate cinnamon rolls.
I placed these fresh rolls on a cake stand as I heard a voice. I made my way to the counter to find some customers, one of wish had a bag full of sweets.
