She's not pretty,
But when she smiles...
It lights up the room
She doesn't look brave,
But her courage...
Is limitless.
She's perfect,
But no one sees her heart.
You lose out,
Because you don't really see her
All you see are flaws,
An unintentional reflection of yourself
Your own pain, own mistakes,
Your own weakness, own claws
You see not the beauty that she beholds
Will not feel the love she's capable of
You lose out on knowing the purity of her soul
And you walk away empty
Walk away a fool
