Roberts P.O.V
"I know but I'll be back soon just watch her for a while" Toya said getting dressed
"Ight fine, but the boys coming over then cause I was supposed to go over there anyway" I replied
Amari whined holding out her arms for Toya to pick her up.
"She wants you" I uttered
"Not now Amari, Robert I gotta go. Love you guys" she said shutting the door
I fed Amari and invited the boys over.
They showed up 20 minutes later with some chicken wings and fries. We ate it in my office while we did some business.
I had Amari on my lap eating some fries while I was typing. The guys started to look at me weirdly
"Wats up" I asked them
"Damn you've become a full time daddy" Parker laughed
"Man I gotta support my family while working you know" I said
"Did Andre forward the email to you" Brian asked
"Nah let me check" I replied
I looked through all my emails but I couldn't find Andre's
"It ain't here"
"Check your trash place you probably accidentally trashed it" Parker commented
"How do I accidentally delete an email dummy" I stated
I checked my trash place and lo and behold it was there. I didn't say anything to the guys because I didn't want to look stupid. As I scrolled down I saw an email that said 'IMPORTANT MESSAGE' I opened the email.
"Dear Robert,
I am very sorry to say, but your daughter was found dead on the streets of Toronto Canada. She was walking with her suitcase on the side walk where she was shot. She was rushed to the hospital 4 hours after she was shot. The doctors said it was too late. I'm so sorry for your lost she had a great heart. She'll forever be missed"
My heart dropped as I literally Dropped Amari getting up from my seat
"Yo what's wrong" Brian yelled grabbing Amari
Parker came over to the computer and read the message.
My eyes started to water as Parker put his arm around me
"What's wrong" Brian said coming over to the computer
"Dammnn" he instantly said
I punched the wall. Not hard enough to make a hole.
"Why..." I cried covering my face
"This was sent a month ago" Brian stated "why was in it your trash?"
" I don't know, obviously this was my first time seeing it" I said
"Well maybe someone read it and put it in the trash" Parker uttered
"IM HOME" Toya screamed entering the house
The one person who I could think of that uses my computer was Toya. I rushed out of the room to the kitchen where she was
"Have you used my laptop this past month" I asked her
"Well Heyy, calm down I could barely hear what you said. Where's my baby-"
"HAVE YOU USED MY COMPUTER TOYA" I yelled
Toya's P.O.V
The guys came out of Roberts office. I didn't know why he was so worked up about me using his computer. He let me use it all the time
"No I haven't Robert. Calm yourself" I replied getting Amari from Brian
"Are you sure.." Brian asked me
"Yes! I only used it like a month ago to check my email-" I said freezing up at the end. Robert checked is trash box didn't he.They stood silently staring at me. Robert had tears running down his cheek.
"Umm.. Why are you even asking me this" I asked him pretending to be confused
"I-I got a message that says Yandy was shot. It was sent to me a month ago Toya. Why am I just getting it" Robert asked chocked up.
Brian went back to his office. I shrugged my shoulders telling him "I don't know" I went to the nursery to put Amari down.
Brian's P.O.V
While Robert was talking to Toya I snuck back into the office. Robert was hurting so badly over the news he's not concentration on that fact that Toya was behind all this. I checked the cameras in Roberts office, and Toya was using his computer the time the message was sent.
"PARKER" I screamed
"Yea?"
"It was Toya, she did it. Call Robert" I informed him
He got Robert and he looked at the cameras for himself.
He rushed out of the room grabbing his gun from his drawer.
"What the fuck is he gonna do" Parker panicked
"I don't know but we're gonna have to stop him" I replied
We left the room to see Robert aiming a gun at Toya.
Roberts P.O.V
"You knew this whole fucking time, how the hell do you sleep at night bitch. Knowing that your bestfriend is dead." I said sternly
"Robert please, I didn't want to worry you about it. We were doing so good-"
"AGAIN... There's no 'We' I don't love you Toya! I am only still associated with you because of Amari and if it wasn't for Amari-"
"I know, I wouldn't be sleeping in this damn house. You've said this to me before" she interrupted
"And you constantly continue to think that" I cried "I love Yandy and some took that love away forever"
"Robert it's okay, she's not worth it. Put the gun down" Brian said
I looked into Toya's eyes. Seeing no sympathy for me at all. I was ready to pull the trigger.... But then it would affect Amari at the end. I dropped the gun, took my keys and left.
Parkers P.O.V
Robert just ran out. If I was him I wouldn't have shot her ass in 2.2 seconds. Toya knew what she did. She picked up the gun
"Put the damn gun down" Brian yelled
"I'm putting it away jeez,we have a crawling baby in this house." Toya pointed out
"Don't you give a fuck about anything in life" I asked her
" I care about myself and my daughter, boohoo Yandy was shot. So what.. You know so what," she laughed
"I'm calling Andre... Let's go" Brian said to me.
"You disgusted me..." I shook my head following Brian whilst knocking things down as I went.
Toya's P.O.V
The guys finally left. I kinda felt bad that Robert had to find out like this. I could only imagine how he feels knowing that his 'loving daughter is dead'
I honestly could care less. It happened. Yandys gone and she's not coming back that's a promise!
