Chapter 27 Is Anything Ever Going To Change?

I hugged her and whispered "I love you and always will Bianca, don't forget that, just because some boy forgot dosen't mean that I will!"

I wasn't sure for how long we stayed in that hugging position, but I shut my eyes and nestled my face into her hair and smiled, knowing that i was doing something right!

Bianca Pov

"Your kidding me right? I mean why are you going back to the nerdy days where you would wear a jumper and track pants with your glasses?" asked Nat upset as I walked into the car.

"What's the point in dressing up nicely, when nodbody cares about you because they think they can just pretend to like you and screw some other chick?" I asked Nat, but was talking more to myself.

"Bianca, your soo stubborn!" Groaned Natalie turning on the engine.

"Don't think I haden't heard that before." I muttered thinking about the last time Hayden said that to me.

Stupid Hayden!

Ruining me!

"Come on Bianca, we're at school!" said Natalie parked outside the school.

What?

Oh we're at school.

"Here let me help you." muttered Nat opening the door and taking me out.

"Hmm, oh sorry!" I muttered and started to walk along side Natalie.

I smiled at a couple of people whom I recognised and they all gave me a sad smile.

Geez, does everybody know what happened last night!

Like every other morning I walked to my locker, ignoring the childish snickers from the jocks and cheerleaders, without Hayden coming to my rescue. My eyes became a blur of tears and I quickly wiped my eyes, hoping nobody would see me look weak and fragile like they used too.

"You ok Bianca?" asked Mark appearing in front of me.

I looked up at him and smiled "Now that your here, yeah."

"Cool."

"Hey Mark I'm really sorry that everybody found out that your g-"

"Bianca girl, don't worry about it. Your my hot best friend and I couldn't stay mad at you for a second, besides, now that all of the guys know, I can crack on them." smirked Mark making me groan.

"Ok, just don't flirt in front of me, it's something my innocent eyes can't see." I said laughing.

Mark smirked "Now, I can't promise you that!' and he winked at a jock walking by.

"Ewwww, I think that I'm scarred for life!' I teased and covered my face.

Not that I had a problem with Mark and his likeness for other guys, I mean we all knew since he was in year three when instead for a spiderman action figure, he wanted to buy lipstick and high heeled shoes. It's just that I still find it........... scary when he flirts with guys. But hey, he's my best friend and I love him so I can't complain!

"Earth to Bianca, are you back from planet Nerd?" chuckled Mark pulling me along to our first class.

"Oh, gosh I have been doing that a lot today!" I muttered.

"Hey Bianca, some advice don't look up Hayden coming at 1:00!" whispered Mark

I instantly froze then quickly hurried to my class leaving Mark and rushed to the back seat of the classroom. 

"In a hurry to learn now are we Bianca?' asked Mr Melocha

I raised my eyebrow at him and huffed. 

As the class came in, I put my hood over my head and pushed my glasses up with my third finger.

"Ok, class our new subject is about Love. What is Love and what does it do?" asked Mr Melocha

I looked up at the class and nobody bothered to put their hands up.

"What about you Miss Swift?" asked Mr Melocha smiling.

That bastard! He knew!

"Uh, well most people think that Love is beautiful and fun, but I think that Love is something that's very powerfull and it dosen't always turn out to what you want it to be........................ really I think that it kinda sucks!" I muttered the last part to myself.

"Very intersting Bianca!" said Mr Melocha while I shot him daggers.

"Ok class, the reason why I asked you this question is because we are all doing an assignment in class about love." the class groaned "But, you will be in partners!" said Mr Melocha getting a hat from behind him.

"I'll pick out two names and that's who you'll be paired with, it's as simple as that!"

By the time ten minutes had passed, three quarters of the class already  had their partners except me.

"Ok, now Bianca and............... ah lucky you, Hayden!" said Mr Melocha amazed.

"What?" I cried out alarmed.

"Something wrong Bianca?"

I slouched even more in my seat "Nope, just really excited." I said lamely

Well, hows that for Karma?

I looked behind me and saw Hayden sheepishly smiling at me.

I folded my arms and smiled at him, scrunching up my face.

Physco!

He thinks he can win me back! 

He dosen't know whats coming for him. I smiled imagining him knocking at my door, so we could study for the project and I would open the door, kick him where it hurts then slam the door in his face!

Sure, it may sound mean, but that's what happens when you get hurt, you only come back stronger!

"Ok now class dismissed!"

I got up from my seat ignoring Hayden behind me and slund my bag over one shoulder.

I sat outside on the grass, underneath the warm sunshine!

I smiled and laid on my back, putting my hands behind my head. 

I heard someone sit next to me and I opened an eye lid.

"It's beautiful today!" sighed Natalie taking a bit into her sandwich

I smiled and stared up to the flying birds, wanting to join their freedom.

"What are you thinking bout'?" mused Natalie

I rolled over on my stomach and smiled "I don't know? The world, why we were made! Weird stuff like that."

"That's not weird, I have always wondered about the world. Its a very fragile thing." murmed Natalie lost in thought.

I chuckled and snuggled next to her.

"Hey Nat, do you think everythings gonna be ok?"

"What do you mean? You and Hayden?" asked Nat

"Kind of. But everything that has happened this past year, you, me Mark, Hayden? Sometimes I just don't know."

"Hard to say Bianca, anything can happen!"

I smiled at Nat, as she stared into space, looking like a wise old person from the past.

"Yeah-I murmed- Anything can happen!"
