---Priya's POV---

"Slow down yaar!" I said.

"Jaldi kar!" Ethan said.

"I'm coming!" I said.

"Come on we have to get ready for the wedding!" He said.

"Can you believe a year has passed?" I asked.

"I can't,"he said. "No let's go."

"Mera yaar ki shaddi hai!" He sang and I started laughing.

---Waqas' POV---

"I'm telling you I heard them,"Shehry said.

"We,"Nidhi said.

"Ya. We did,"Shehry said.

"Are you sure she's getting married?" I asked.

"Almost positive,"they both said.

"I have to talk to her," I said and left.

I went and called her.

"The number you have called is no longer in service,"the operator said.

"Sh*t!" I said.

I tried five more times and the same message.

I saw her while driving back and quickly found a park somewhere.

I ran after her and caught up to her.

Okay, her 2 besties are here as well.

"Can I talk you?" I asked.

"Why?" Both guys asked.

"You don't deserve to even be around her,"Aansh said.

"Exactly!" Ethan said.

"Guys please relax. I'll be back,"Priya said.

"We're watching you!" They both said.

"Guys, relax nah,"Priya said.

She turned to me.

"Challo," I said.

We left from there.

"Are you getting married?" I asked.

"No why?" She asked.

"Oh it's nothing,"I said.

"Okay. I'll just get going,"she said.

"Okay," I said.

---Priya's POV---

The problem with love is you can love who you want but so can they.

I remembered the guys' words.

He wanted to be with Hazel, and I just was bump in the road.

I had gotten a new apartment recently and was missing everything. Seeing him yesterday and talking to him was so different.

It felt awkward. I wasn't even this awkward when we lived together as strangers.

I guess that's just life.
