Love me?

brown hair, brown eyes
fake laughs, dark mind
pretends to be happy
can't you see?
the darkness is slowly
swallowing me.
a small ray of light still shines through
that must be hope
coming from you.
surprise, surprise someone's here
finally, help,
after waiting all these years.
you say you love me.
is that true?
well where were you at when I needed you?
oh yea, that's right
you weren't next to me
while I cried
every
night.
so here I am
half-way consumed
But once I'm gone
the dark will be after you.
