she smiled more.
she was happy.
she became liked by most people for her kindness. of course a couple talked about her. she wasn't going to be liked by everyone. but she realized it didn't matter, it was their loss.
she had friends and family who loved her.
she learned to love her flaws. she may not have been as smart as some, but she wasn't dumb either. besides, she had other things going for her.
she wasn't perfect at everything but she perfected the things she was good at. she had more than some people had and she was grateful for that.
she didn't take the things she had or the people who were there for granted. she never did, and she never would. they could be gone in an instant.
so she cherished them.
