A boy saw the girl fall, he saw her pass out. He rushed forward, and picked her up. He brought her into the hospital, and a doctor took her away.
The boy came back out the hospital, tears streaming down his face. He wiped the tears away, trying to smile.
He heard shouting, and looked up.
Across the street, there were was a man, a boy, and a girl.
The man had his hand on the girl's wrist, and was trying to pull her away from the boy. The boy was trying to help her out.
He immediately ran across the road, dodging cars. He reached them, and tried to help. The man pulled out a knife and....
Chris slung his arm over Lizzie's shoulder. "So, what are you girls-"
A boy ran into the area, "Piper?!"
"Joseph?!"
The two ran to each other, hugging.
"It's been so long!"
"Too long."
Everyone just stood there.
"Piper, you know Jo?" Lizzie asked.
Piper nodded.
"You see, Joesph and I-"
"We've always been best friends!"
Piper grinned, and the two nodded.
