TIME TO GET LYDIA. The promo is actually terrifying. I see very many precious people being harmed, and my heart will not be able to take it if any of them are hurt. With that unreasonable hope in mind, in tonight's episode, we get to experience emotional trauma to our feels. Sadly, this one is a two-parter, which means we won't actually see if our favorite strawberry blonde successfully escaped with the help of her pack until next week's episode. "Upon learning that Lydia is in danger, Stiles makes a plan to break her out of Eichen House; Theo has his own."

Tonight is going to be emotional. Can't wait to see what Jeff has in store for Lydia and her enhanced abilities in the future. Praying that Theo doesn't screw this one up.
