CHECK MEDIA FOR FOOD AND TABLE

{Tami's POV}

I walked into the kitchen and gasped at what I saw, the table had candles on it with two plates, two wine glasses and a vase of flowers. I looked at Simon in shock

"Surprise" Simon said shyly

"Y-you did this?" I asked

"Yea, I figured since Alex is with my parents. Why not spend the day with you so I made us a meal and dessert" Simon said before pulling out a chair for me, I walked over and sat down. Simon sits down opposite me and I look at the plate to see spaghetti

"You made spaghetti? Really?" I asked and looked at Simon

"Yep" Simon said

"Simon seriously, you made spaghetti? You know you don't have to lie if you didn't" I said

"Tami, I made the spaghetti. Why is that a surprise?" Simon asked and chuckled

"Everyone who has lived with you has said the same thing and that is that you and kitchens don't go well. You tend to burn the food, your parents even said it" I said and Simon glares

"I only burnt toast, nothing else. I just don't cook often" Simon said and I giggle

"You really made this?" I asked

"Eat your food" Simon said and I giggle before grabbing a fork and knife, I grab some spaghetti onto my fork before eating it

"Oh my God, Simon this is amazing" I said

"Thanks" Simon said and we both ate while making small talk

{Skipping the meal}

We both finish eating and Simon grabs the plates before putting them into the sink

"Got space for dessert?" Simon asked

"What did you make?" I asked, Simon grabs a plate from the microwave then a plate from the oven before coming back over and placing both plates on the table. One of the plates had strawberries covered in chocolate while the other plate had nachos, Simon sits down opposite me and grabs a chip before eating it

"You seriously made this? What happened to the Simon I know?" I asked jokingly

"Hahaha very funny" Simon said and I giggle before taking a strawberry and eating it

"Question, does this count as a first date thing?" I asked and looked at Simon, he grabs a strawberry himself

"Yea, I guess so. I mean if I did ask you out then it probably would of been something like this or just went out for dinner" Simon said and eats the strawberry while I grab a chip and eat it

"You still trying to figure out things?" I asked

"Yea, I'm sorry it's taking time. My mind is everywhere" Simon said and I chuckled

"It's honestly fine Simon, take your time" I said

"Hey, go change into a swimsuit or bikini. It's just us so why not going to the pool at the back" Simon said and I looked out the window before looking back at Simon

"Okay" I said and stood up but Simon stops me by grabbing my arm, I look at him confused. He stands up before grabbing a strawberry then holding it in front of my mouth, I giggle before taking a bite. Simon puts the rest down before kissing me, I smile and kiss back, we stood there for a few minutes before pulling away

"I'll see you by the pool gorgeous" Simon said and I blush before turning around and running upstairs...
