{Skipping a few days/Simon's POV}
Today we were going to Watford to tell my parents the good news, right now we were sat in the car with Alex in the back. I looked at Tami who was playing with the end of her dress (MEDIA) I could tell she was nervous even though she has met my parents
"You ok?" I asked as I focused on the road
"Yea, just nervous" Tami said and looked at me
"Why? You've known my parents since year 7" I said
"Yea as Simon's best friend, not as Simon's fiancée" Tami said
"Tami, they love you. It doesn't matter what you are to me as long as you're the mother of my child" I said and Tami smiled before playing with the ring
"When did you get this?" Tami asked
"The day you went to drop Alex to my parent's house, brought in the morning when I went out to get ingredients for our meal. I saw it and thought of you then of what I said before realising that it was perfect" I said and Tami smiles just as I pulled into the driveway of my parent's house, I park before taking my keys out. Me and Tami both get out before I grab Alex while Tami grabs Alex's bag and some food shopping that mum told me to pick up, Alex snuggles into me before I grab Tami's hand then walking up to the front door. Tami was about to knock but the door swung open and my mum pulls the three of us into a hug
"I'm so glad you three are ok, you had us worried" mum said and Alex squeals since he was getting getting squashed in the middle of us, mum pulls away from the hug before grabbing Alex then leaving kisses all over his face
"I'm mostly glad you are ok, my grandson must of been so scared being kidnapped from his parents" Mum said and I looked at Tami who was smiling, I wrap my arms around her waist before pulling her closer
"Let them into the house love" Me and Tami looked at the doorway to find my dad stood there
"Yea mum, let them in" Nick said as he walked to the doorway
"Sorry for wanting to hug my grandson" Mum said and Tami giggles
"He looks comfortable there Mrs Minter, I'm sure he wouldn't let you go soon" Tami said and I gently squeezed her
"Come on mum, let's us in" I playfully whined
"Okay. Come along children" Mum said and we all walked into the house, I helped Tami take the shopping to the kitchen
"NO PEAKING AT DINNER YOU TWO" we heard mum shout
"DON'T WORRY MRS MINTER" Tami shouted before we both started to put everything away
"We going to tell them now or after dinner?" Tami asked
"I was thinking during dinner" I said and looked at her
"You crazy? Your family will choke on their food and I rather not kill them" Tami said before raising an eyebrow
"What you two talking about?" we both jump and look at the doorway of the kitchen to see mum, dad, Nick and Alex. I look at Tami who looks scared, I grab her hand and gently squeeze it
"What's going on?" Mum asked looking at us both, Tami looks at me and I smile before looking at everyone else
"Me and Si are..." Tami started to say before pausing, I let go of Tami's hand before wrapping an arm around her from behind and resting my chin on her shoulder
"We're getting married" I said with a smile on my face, Tami leans back and relaxes in my arms while Alex giggles. We watch as mum sets Alex down and he crawls over to Tami before sitting in front of her
"I-is this really happening?" Mum asked as tears filled her eyes
"My baby brother is getting married" Nick said before walking over, I let Tami go and Nick pulls me into a hug while Tami picks Alex up
"Congrats bro" Nick said and I chuckled before pulling away then looking at my parents
"Mum? Dad?" I asked with hope in my eyes....

Also before anyone starts questions, I'm still a Simon girl. I'm still a huge fan of him, I only said Sami is not a OTP because I let my emotions out the other day. If you ship Sami then go ahead but please don't tell others that you don't ship other ships in the fandom. MrsLerone did a poll last night which ship is better Sami or Jobi ((*cough* Jobi *cough*)) and I saw comments about not voting for Jobi. Please choose which one you ship the most. Seriously, no rigged stuff pls❤️
