{Few Months Later/Simon's POV}

Tomorrow is Alex's birthday and everyone was excited mostly Tami but she was also upset about her little boy growing up. I was sat on the floor playing with Alex while watching Tami rush around, I've told her to relax but instead she did the opposite to relaxing. Alex looks at me when Tami rushes into the kitchen and I sigh

"Your mum is going mental about tomorrow" I said and Alex just looks at me clueless

"Mama" Alex said and I nodded my head

"Yes mama worrying" I said before we both look at Tami

"Where did I leave the scissors?" Tami asked while walking into the living room

"Kitchen" I said

"I've checked and can't find it" Tami said stressing out

"Did you check the cupboard above the sink in the cup filled with pens and the scissor" I said and raised an eyebrow, Tami blushed in embarrassment before running off to the kitchen. I look at Alex and sigh

"What we going to do with your mother?" I asked and Alex just flopped onto me making me laugh

"Tired?" I asked and Alex looked at me innocently

"Innocent just like your mum" I said before picking him up then standing up, I carry Alex upstairs to his room before putting him to sleep. I place Alex down in the cot before going to mines and Tami's room, I look around and notice candles before an idea pops into my head. I grab the candles before going to the bathroom and setting the candles onto the counter, I plug the plug into the bathtub before filling it with water then pouring bath soak in so there are bubbles. I quickly go downstairs while that happens and go kitchen, I look at Tami who is busy before grabbing a wine bottle with two glasses and matches. I go back upstairs and set everything on the counter before turning the taps off, I grab the matches and start to light some candles before putting them around the bathroom then filling both glasses with wine then leaving them on the side of the tub(MEDIA). I grab the matches and go back downstairs, I put the matches back before going over to Tami and hugging her from behind

"What you doing?" I asked

"Checking over the list for tomorrow" Tami said

"Can you take a break?" I asked and Tami sighed

"We need to make sure everything is in place" Tami said and looked at me

"That wasn't my question babe and the real answer is 'Yes I can take a break Simon, what do you have in mind?' well the answer to that is that I have a surprise waiting upstairs for you" I said

"Si" Tami said and I grabbed the pen from her and set it down before picking her up then carrying her upstairs

"Don't 'Si' me" I said and Tami sighed before resting her head on my shoulder

"Can I know what you did?" Tami asked, I walk into our room then the bathroom before setting her down

"Surprise! You need to relax so why not" I said while shrugging my shoulders, Tami looks at me

"What would I do without you?" Tami asked and smiled

"You'll be stressing out and probably in hospital" I said before stripping off my clothes, Tami giggles before stripping as well. I get into the bathtub and sit down before Tami ties her hair back and getting in then sitting in between my legs. She leans down into me and sighs

"Better?" I asked

"Much better" Tami said and I chuckled before kissing her forehead, I grab a glass and hand it to Tami before grabbing the other glass for myself

"Alex is asleep so we both can just relax" I said and Tami looks at me before kissing my cheek

"Thank you for taking care of him" Tami mumbled before snuggling into me

"Hey, it's been time I stepped up to being a dad. I'm just glad I had a child with you and not Maya" I said and Tami giggled

"I know I don't like Maya but what went wrong?" Tami asked

"Clingy, bitchy, gold digger and controlling" I said

"Clingy - yes, bitchy - definitely, gold digger - don't actually know and controlling is a hell yes. I can't believe you believed her over me" Tami said

"Honestly, I must of been drunk throughout that relationship. Can't believe I was stupid enough to believe a girl I met at a club than a girl who I've known mostly my whole life" I said and Tami grabbed the glasses before setting them to the side

"You're not stupid, you need distraction and she was there. She blinded you the wrong way" Tami said before kissing me, I relax a little before kissing back. I hold Tami close and just get lost in the kiss...

Thought it was cute so I decided to write it

My dad today showed me where my work placement is and it's literally on the most quietest area ever. Wish me luck walking down that road around 8:30 am and 4:00pm
