If you are a true book nerd like myself, you take every opportunity to quote your favorite books. You post them everywhere- Twitter, Tumbler, Facebook, Goodreads...etc. If you do it, don't be ashamed. Sometimes there are those quotes that make you want to hold on to them and never let get. They're just that perfect.

Anytime you can quote it, do it! Share those words with the world.

Here a few of my favorite book nerd quotes:

"Books are easily destroyed. But words will live as long as people can remember them." -Unravel Me

"I spent my life folded between the pages of books. In the absence of human relationships I formed bonds with paper characters. I lived love and loss through stories threaded in history; I experienced adolescence by association. My world is one interwoven web of words, stringing limb to limb, bone to sinew, thoughts and images all together. I am a being comprised of letters, a character created by sentences, a figment of imagination formed through fiction."   -Shatter Me

"To really be a nerd, she'd decided, you had to prefer fictional worlds to the real one." -Fangirl

"You've read the books?"
"I've seen the movies."
Cath rolled her eyes so hard, it hurt. "So you haven't read the books."
"I'm not really a book person."
"That might be the most idiotic thing you've ever said to me." -Fangirl

"Because I'm the kind of girl who fantasizes about being trapped in a library overnight." -Fangirl

"I was always able to lose myself in reading. Books were a necessary escape I always gladly jumped into headfirst." -Obsidian

"I don't read too much. There's no such thing as that." -Obsidian

"Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book." - The Fault in Our Stars

"One must always be careful of books," said Tessa, "and what is inside them, for words have the power to change us." - Clockwork Angel

"The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure in a good novel, must be intolerably stupid." -Northanger Abbey

That's just a few of my favorites. What's some of yours?
