Our flight went well for the most part, Lauren being the nosy bitch she was asked a lot of questions about how Elijah and I met. And still tried to flirt with him knowing that he was spoken for. After we landed we all got our rental cars and went to the hotel, then when we finished checking in we went upstairs to check out our suite for the weekend.

"Okay so we have six rooms, Aiden and I will get the master, all the other couples will share a room, Kim you can share a room with Lauren, and Brandon you get your own room."

"I'd rather wait until hell freezes over, I will tolerate sharing a room with Brandon for one weekend."

"I'm hurt you don't want to share a room with me, Kim." Lauren said with fake sadness

"No offense but I don't like you." Kim said following Brandon to their room.

"None taken, guess that means more fun for me." She said giving a wink to Elijah, if only I could slap that smirk off her face. Wait why am I jealous, Elijah and I aren't actually dating. But what if we did, he seemed like a cool guy and my brother already approves. Was I ready to start dating again, it's been a month. But that doesn't matter, I should just focus on making sure that my best friend has a good time at her bachelorette party tomorrow. I rolled my eyes and went to our room.

"Jealousy is a cute look on you."

"I'm not jealous, we are not really dating."

"But if we were would you be jealous?"

"Of course I would, no woman wants some other woman feeling up her man."

"So I'm your man now." He asked stepping closer to where I was standing.

"No."

"You sure?" He asked lifting my chin to look him in the eye, bringing our faces closer.

"Yes."

"To what?" He asked, his lips dangerously close to mine. Don't fall for it Lana, you are stronger than this. But he does have a cute smile and his lips feel really soft. One kiss won't hurt, it's just a kiss. I mean eventually we would have to kiss because Lauren would get suspicious. Just as I was in the middle of rationalizing with myself, Elijah pulled me out of my thoughts by kissing me. We pulled apart when someone knocked on our door. Elijah went to open the door to a very excited Lauren.

"If you're settled in, a few of us were going to go check out the bar and head to the pool. And I was wondering if you would like to join me?" she said with a suggestive wink, I rolled my eyes at how desperate she looked and finished unpacking my outfits.

"Sure, Alana and I would love to." He answered with emphasis on my name. She scuffed, glaring at me and said to be ready in 15 before leaving.

"So, I'm gonna go get ready."

"Wait."

"What?"

"I didn't mean to kiss you like that."

"It's fine, you were in the moment."

"I wanted to kiss you, but I wanted to wait until we went on an actual date."

"Well, it's not to late to ask." I said with a smile
