Chapter 8

First of all, I have to say that I looooooove Sigourney Weaver ! She is such a talented actress. She deserves more awards. Everything here is pure fiction but the love story. Enjoy :)

It was 10:28 am when they both arrived at the fairground. It was a sunny day, very bright. They began with a small roller-coaster. It was small, yes but still, Don wasn't feeling great when he sat. He was scared. He caught Meryl's hand and squeezed it. It made her laugh.

"-Are you scared ?" asked Meryl.

"-No."

"-Don ?"

"-What ?"

"-You're scared !" she teased him.

"-I'm not, it's just that... that I wanted to..."

"-Not to show it ?"

"-I am scared that you're scared. It's not for girls like you ! You know that ?"

"-You are scared for me ? That's so sweet of you Mister Gummer !" she said laughing "Then, you won't be against doing the biggest one with me ? I'm sure you'll protect me."

"-Okay... You won.... I'm scared as hell !! I hate roller-coasters !"

"-Why didn't you say no when I asked ?"

"-Come on ! I'm a bug guy !"

They were both laughing but when a ring belled, Don squeezed her hand even harder which made a laugh even more. It lasted one minute and twenty-one second but it seemed last three hours for Don.

"-Are you feeling good honey ?" asked Meryl worried when she saw his face.

"-Well... Honestly ?"

"-Yes."

"-Not good ! But it's okay. I'll be fine in two minutes. Don't worry."

"-Good. Now, what do you want to do ?"

"-I heard about a concert next to the labyrinth. Do you wanna go there?"

"-Yeah sure !"

They were in the middle of the crowd listening to a weird kind of music but still, they had fun and Meryl wasn't thinking about her last few months and she was with Don. By 1 pm, they ate an hamburger and did more attractions. At the end of the day, because of the ocean near the fairground, Don took Meryl on the beach. They sat in the sand, she was sitting between his legs. They watched the Atlantic Ocean sunset. It was so beautiful.

"-Thank you." she said facing Don.

"-What for ?" before answering his question, she kissed him deeply on the mouth.

"-For today, for the candy-cotton, for the roller-coasters, for theconcert... and for the sunset."

"-I have nothing to do for the sunset, the sun does it by himself." he said with a big grin which made Meryl slapped him softly. "You're welcome. I also enjoyed this day with you. Now you wanna go home or stay a little bit longer here."

"-I would love to stay here. What time is it ?"

"-8:12 pm. What do you want to do ?"

"-Are we alone ?" she asked with a great idea in her head.

"-Let me check. Nope, there is a dog !"

"-Who cares about the dog ? I mean I loooooove dog and by loooooove I mean a lot but are you interesting in doing it right here ?"

"-What ? Make love here ? On a public beach ? That's so forbidden... I like the idea !"

The fact that it was prohibited turned them on immediately. They were laying on the floor, kissing passionately. Meryl, on top of him, opened his shirt and kissed him all over is chest and went lower... She opened his pants and began the foreplay. It was great. When she finished, it was Don's turn. Before heading to what he had in mind, he look around to see if they were still alone. When everything was secured he made a lady happy. After that moment of pleasure, they collapsed and breathed heavily. Then, they decided to go back to their apartment to finish their business. Once at their apartment, Meryl jump into his arms and he headed her into their bedroom until dawn.

The next morning, while the new couple was sleeping, Sigourney Weaver, Don's ex went to take her stuff back. She saw three pairs of woman shoes in the entry, a woman coat. Don didn't have a sister, Sigourney was sure it was his new girlfriend. She went to his bedroom to see if he was there or not. Only the sheets were covering his nakedness. Even after their break up, she still found him sexy and very attractive. But she immediately saw that he wasn't alone.

"-Who's that bitch ?" she yelled angrily. Don and Meryl woke up rudely.

"-What are you doing here Sigourney ?" asked Don quite angry but still calm. Immediately, she recognized Meryl, her college enemy.

"-And what is that bitch in your bed ?"

"-Who are to call her bitch ?"

**All began during the fall 1972 when Meryl went to Yale. Sigourney and Don were already dating. Both girls where attending at the drama school.The year before, Sigourney was the best actress of the promotion but when Meryl arrived, they became rival but everyone knew the second was the greatest. No one has ever thing such talent. She became the new big thing. Sigourney told everything to her boyfriend and it was something that really made her sad. A year later, the couple break up. Don went to New York, the actresses did the same. In 1977, Sigourney and Don went back together and lived a bit together until they broke up again. During the time they were still together, Meryl took few roles Sigourney auditioned for. She was so jealous. Don was the only thing that made her happy. But in the begining of March 1978, they broke up and soon after, Don went to his trip while Meryl was living in his apartment.**

"-So, you cheated on me with that slut ?"

"-Between you and me, you're the bigger bitch !" slayed Meryl.

"-You shut up ! You took my boyfriend !"

"-Don't tell her to shut up ! She has every rights to speak ! And we're a couple since yesterday. We didn't knew each other before."

"-Of course you knew each other before ! You met her while we were at Yale. Are you happy, Meryl ? You took everything I really cared about."

"-What are you talking about ?" asked Meryl.

"-I was the best actress before you came, you took me Don and some of the roles I really wanted."

"-Why are you talking like Don is an object ?"

"-Just answer !"

"-Well, sorry if I have a little more talent than you !"

"-Don ? Say something." begged Sigourney.

"-Well, I have seen both of you performing at Yale and Meryl is beyond more talented. Sigourney, I have to admit that."

"-Awww, thank you !"

"-Now please, take your stuff and leave ! I don't want you to come here again ! Got it ?"

"-You bastards !!"

She took her stuff and left the flat. They acted like nothing happened. All day long, Meryl had her rehearsals for her play. Don went to shopping to buy some food for tonight. Harry was coming. When she went back home, she cook for her men. Everything was great, the guys talked again about the 'Strummer' relationship. More they talked about, more Harry dealt with it. He was really happy for his Big Sis.
