I didn't know what to do. I saw armored men swarm ash. Then I thought to what he said. Run, so I ran as tears fell down my cheeks. I ran out a hole in the wall made by the explosion. I felt the cold air slice my face as I ran into the forest around the rocket base.
I can't remember how long I was running. But I finally came to a stop. Then I heard a stick break. "who's there" I said. Then I felt a hand around my mouth and something sharp on my throat. "How did you get here" a voice said. "Oh umm" I thought up a story "i was hiking" I said. "We both know you weren't" the female voice said "and for both of our sakes you better hope you aren't with team rocket," "oh no" I began feeling that I could trust this person "I was running away from them".
"Thank arceus" they said pushing me away "my name is green". "Oh well I'm Serena" I replied. I quickly explained to them what happened.
