For a while now you have been feeling rather sick in the stomach, it happened usually I'm the mornings which sadly woke up your newlywed husband Subaru he came to your add every time. Of course he was worried for you which for you he didn't understand why you were going through this.
It was around 8:39 at night and you just finished dinner with the sakamaki's, you casually strolled through the hall till you felt a pain in your stomach you cringed gasping as you did so, gripping the sides of your stomach you ran to the bathroom and soon after came out shaking. The only think in your mind was 'I-I am pregnant!?' You couldn't understand of course you had sex with Subaru a lot of times but you's always used protection, maybe it must of broke while he was climaxing.
You lingered around your shared room with him trying to come up with the right words, you gulped before walking into the bedroom to find Subaru laying on the bed looking at his sliver knife which didn't surprise you at all. You smiled at him as he looked over "(Y/N) come here..." He purred, You happily do so sitting beside him beginning to play with his hair. You breathed in and said softly "Subaru I am..... Pregnant.." He sat up looking at you with a look of shock but he insisted you into his arms wrapping them around you, "I don't know how but....i am glad"

1 month pregnant You and Subaru were walking down the street fingers laced together, you knew the baby would be a girl and sadly something you didn't want to happen but....it would turn out a pureblooded which you didn't understand. Subaru said that it would be best to have a home birthday so he could help with the birth which didn't bother you at all it was just nerve-racking. You and him had bought some clothes for your daughter that Subaru picked out most of them.
3 months pregnant I sit in front of all the brothers gulping to myself as I say, "I just wanted t-to say that your all u-um going to be uncles.....I am pregnant" I say as they looked at me with a also shocked look but the mood lighten as Shu spoke up. "Hm....ill teach her to be.....quiet"

5 months pregnant Subaru's p.o.v I sit down next to my wife (Y/N) with my hands on the sides of her bare stomach, I smile brightly as I feel my daughter kicking her mothers stomach. "She's a kicker I'll say that" I say laughing softly as (Y/N) does as well ."She's like her dad" she said as I caress her cheek softly pressing my lips against hers
7 months pregnant I cry softly as I hold my stomach as I cough into the sink, the pains had gotten much worse and my stomach had gotten a lot bigger too but as I look into the mirror I see my stomach through my shirt....h-hand ?! Pressing against the inside of my stomach I scream as he soon stumble onto the floor but instead of falling I am caught by my husband who says in my ear "it's best to ignore it"
9 months pregnant I sleep soundly till I am awoken by a piercing feeling in my stomach which makes me sit up, I breath slightly heavily as I look at Subaru who still is asleep, "S-Suabru...the b-baby's coming!" I yell the last bit as I fall to the floor screaming into my hand. He quickly wakes up coming to my side comforting me "Here" he said picking me up placing me down onto our bed as he turned the lamp on, I lay on the bed almost hyperventilating from the pain, I wasn't ready for this! He quickly takes off my pants putting a towel over my legs....I soon began a night of bone breaking, blood spilling....and complete pain. It had been over 8 hours but I finally hear the sound I've been wanting to hear for 9 months, My beautiful daughters cry. Subaru holds her as he looked at me with blood on his lips, arms ,hands and even legs but he had to, to heal my broken bones. He smiled at me as I cry happily as he gives me her, "h-hi Rose..."

Thank you guys for reading hope you enjoyed, now the birth was based on a sort of twilight thing where her bones break and such since the kid is trying to rip her apart by drinking her blood and such so yeah but I thought this was cute. Might make a part two if its requested a lot 😘
