Sophie is going to school with the boys again. Michael and her relationship is going strong. She's living with her mum and siblings again, she still goes to see Reina every so often though. She still goes to therapy regularly, and her life just keeps getting a little less problematic.
Luke and Penny got back together, after she changed her ways and became the nice, caring girl she used to be again.
Ash and Katie got back together aswell and Katie is no longer queen of the school. She dropped a few ranks but she has her boy so who cares.
Calum is still struggling with girl problems, but with his looks...that doesn't surprise anyone.
The boys joined a band called 5 Seconds of Summer, this made their relationships musically problematic. But they all have each other and are all great friends so they'll manage to survive and figure out high school and band problems together.
