Note: The Concept for this One Shot is that you had been the one that had climbed the tower and seen Cersei and Jaime, and instead of pushing you, he'd let you go with a threat.

It was thrilling to have the Lannisters at Winterfell, at least for you. You rolled your eyes and smiled as you helped little lady Arya Stark up onto a bale of hay to watch them arrive.

It was magnificent seeing all these different soldiers on their gleaming white horses, with those golden, expensive plates of armour, and freshly forged blades, and for you it was especially delightful seeing Jaime Lannister.

You won't deny- you had a crush on him. But who didn't? He was gorgeous. His skin was bronzed from hours on the battlefield, yet his face was unscarred, and was complemented perfectly by his glimmering golden locks.

You watched him with a pleased grin firmly set on your face as he boldly rode on his horse, face set forward- and your heart fluttered when he glanced over at you, his face suddenly forming some surprised expression or another, for a few seconds, before he regained himself and smiled, nodding his head towards you and setting your heart thumping.

Later on as you passed through crowds,  off to a marketing part of the keep, that's all you could think about- until you saw Catelyn Stark scolding her son for climbing, and you chuckled- he was such a trouble maker, though you couldn't deny you'd love a chance to climb those walls.
---

As you stared up at your ceiling before you slept, you replayed that expression on his face again and again- maybe he liked you, but how unlikely was that?

At that moment, very unlikely, but by the end of tomorrow, things would be different, you just didn't know it yet.

---

In the morning, you woke up fresh and early so that you could get chance to see Eddard Stark off- it was sad that he had to leave, but then again, you knew it was for his duty. By the time you had made it to where you wanted to be, the crowds swarmed the grounds before you, but you noticed Bran Stark about to try and climb the tower and had an idea.

Coolly, you walked over, crossing your arms and looking up as he got his foothold, "I thought your mother told you not to climb- but I'll make a deal. Prop yourself up onto that roof just there and I'll climb up the top and tell you what it looks like. That way, you get a good view and I can tell you the view from there without you getting hurt or told off."

Bran frowned, but slowly nodded, and sat upon the slated roof, watching you whilst you climbed up. It was slightly tricky, but not the worst you'd ever climbed, and you were greatful for all the footholds and ledges.

You were 3/4 of the way to the top of the tower when you heard a weird noise that struck your interest.

Frowning, you continued swinging your way up and around the tower, sounds getting louder- until you were gripping a window ledge with the sharp moans coming from within. You hauled yourself onto the window and stared in horror as you saw Jaime Lannister and his sister... At it.

Cersei hissed for him to stop when she saw you, and he stumbled from Cersei, not having looked up at you yet as he was busy dressing quickly- but when he did look up, he was astonished to see it was you.

Just like the other day, he was shocked at first and just stood there, then he smirked-

But, that was the difference. Before, it had been innocent, flirty at the most- this was... Evil. Dangerous,

"Hello you... I don't know what you're doing up here, but I do know that you shouldn't have seen this, and I'm going to have to do something about that..." He smoothly explained, prodding a finger into the top of your chest, considering his options-

Your life was most literally in his hands. He leant close to you, then his face grew serious, and he growled, "Say anything about this and I'll make sure your throat is cut the second you leave the public eye- clear?"

You nodded violently, and he gripped the top of your shirt, thrusting you into the room and watching you with eyes that outwardly were dead, but were something else inside.

You burst from the door and leant against the wall, staring down at your hands- then hearing Cersei and Jaime's voice within, "Oh, well done. I suppose I'm not the only girl you've got a soft- I'm sorry, hard- spot for." She snapped, "For the gods' sakes Cersei! What did you expect me to do? Kill her?"
"Yes." Was the hissed response, then silence.

"I can't believe you... You're cold."
"Jaime... love... It's for us. For our love, the children-"
"Well I hope their mother loves them very much, because we already know one of them turned out just like her." He growled, and before you had time to react, he was storming for the door, and barged out.

Cersei was facing the other way with her head in her hands, bowed over- but Jaime saw you before you could turn and start running. He gripped the collar of your shirt and shoved you against the wall in anger, managing to keep his voice low still, "Oh, from stumbling in to eavesdropping- I thought you knew enough already." He spat, but something changed in his eyes and he violently thrust his lips onto yours, for a second, before pulling back and taking a few steps backwards, "I'm...sorry. I don't know what I'm doing."

He gave you a last fleeting look, before turning, taking a few steps to stride off- but you cried out quietly, "Wait-"

He turned the second the words left your mouth, and you stared hard at the floor, "It.. Doesn't matter." Your eyes didn't leave the ground, until you saw his feet, and he lifted your chin, "It didn't mean anything. So don't say anything about what you saw. Or what I did." He coldly replied, before turning again and walking off, leaving you feeling a little burnt, like he'd scorched you with wildfire-

The wrath of people like him was painful, but you sucked it up and moved on, knowing that nothing could happen...

Could it?
