Natalie is destined for a arranged marriage but she starts falling for a boy. Will she get over him, will something go horribly wrong, or will she just fall for the boy.
Shocked everyone fell silent. No one believed what they were hearing, no one had the guts to break the silence. After Kat sighed she stated, "Well at least we know who he likes now...wait LOVES!" Once again the car fell silent.
"...If you know how I feel why would you say that...you put me in such an uncomfortable situation...you know I'm not happy...you know I'm trying to see if this will all work out.." Natalie whined.
With that the girls began to laugh and make their way back home.
That night they stayed up later talking about what happened that day.
"Wait a minute aren't you supposed to be getting an arranged mariage?" Lucy asked as it finally dawned on her.
"Yea, why else would I run away?" There was a pause in their conversation as they thought about the situation from a broader view.
"This is exactly why I didn't want to have anything to do with anyone...what am I supposed to do now...the guy I like likes me but I cant like him back...I have to carry out my duty to my family like a good girl..." After ranting for what felt like forever she finally said, "You know what...I'll just forget about him...Yea that's what I'll do!" While saying this she began to tear up thinking of how her heart was torn two ways. 'If I follow my heart it will be with the one I choose but I'll be going against my family and it's traditions...but if I go through the route I'm destined for and learn to like the person I'm with...' Thinking it through she decided that either way it was hopeless.
Picking between rebellion or depression, neither sounded like her cup of tea...
