Emily's POV

"So...?" I begin. Gah! Why did this have to happen to me?! Everything was going great with Ethan, then Alec had to come in. I don't know what I'm going to do now. I feel as if I can trust Alec, but I don't like him like that.

"What did you want to talk about, my love?" Alec asks looking at me with love shining in his eyes. I feel my heart break at the sight. He can't love me already. I can't be with him, I'm already head over heels in love with Ethan. But I can't break his heart. I think to myself.

'Let me take over.' Luna says.

'Why?' I ask tentatively.

'Just let me take control. Sit back and watch.' She says reassuringly.

I close my eyes and relax, letting her take control. Luna opens our eyes.

"Alec, close your eyes and relax." She tells him softly, power dripping from her every word. He does what she says instantly.

"Open up your mind. Don't worry, I'll be right here the whole time." She reassures him. She reaches out for his mind, then she goes inside of it. At first it felt weird, all of his thoughts came flying at us. She puts a shield around us, so that they don't effect our train of thought.

We walk in silence for a couple of minutes, then she walks over to something.

'Aha!' She exclaims.

Soshe was looking for something? What exactly was she looking for? I guess I'll find out. Luna walks towards whatever it is. It starts to glow, getting brighter with every step she takes. She reaches out and grabs it.

'What is it?' I ask.

'His memory, of us being his Beloved.' She tells me.

She reaches our hand inside of it. Suddenly I'm inside of the memory. Alec grabbing me, sniffing my neck, us being pulled inside of a classroom with a strange guy. everything from the past 20 minutes.

Luna starts to chant something in a different language. She's messing with the memory. She starts to speak normally.

"You will protect my human with your life. You no longer think of her as your Beloved, but as a sister. You will be her guardian, and will never hurt her or anyone close to her. You shall sense if there is ever danger nearby, and keep it away from her. You must protect her, for it is your only duty in your life. You shall resist drinking her blood, and will be able to live off of human food, as well as blood. You have a Protection Spell around you that will act as a shield, and it will help you protect her. Now, forget she is your Beloved, and that this ever happened. Forever." Luna's voice was filled with power, and something else. It was not only her speaking, but someone else as well. Weird.

Luna then releases her control, and we snap out of Alec's mind. He opens his eyes, and looks at me. He's on high alert, I can tell. He gets up, and Ethan and I follow him silently. As we're about to leave, a sudden wave of nausea comes over me. I feel faint.

Then before I can react, I'm falling. Ethan catches me before I hit the ground, then picks me up bridal style. I sigh in contentment before giving in to the darkness surrounding me.

Ethan's POV

I catch her before she hits the ground.

"Emily! Emily are you okay?! Emily, please answer me!" Oh Goddess! What happened? Will she be alright?

"We have to get her to your pack doctor" Alec tells me.

My wolf growls inside of me. 'I know that, you idiot.' He spat out. Seth hates Vampires. 'Especially ones who try to steal our mate away' He growled. 'Hey I wasn't to thrilled about that either.' I tell him.

We're at the entrance of the woods, when Alec holds his hands out. I growl, and pull Emily closer to me. "You need to shift so we can get there faster, and you can't hold her in wolf form." He says, coming closer. I take a step back. 'Should I?' I ask Seth. I can feel him going over the possibilities. I look down at Emily "Do as he says.' Seth says in a pained voice.

I kiss Emily on the forehead, and give her to Alec. He starts running, and I jump an shift in mid-air. I lead him towards the Pack House and find the doctor. 'My Mate just fainted and I don't know why. Please help her.' I link to the doctor.

He leads us to a room. We lay her on the bed. "You both need to be out of the room."

"Never." Alec and I say together. He sighs and starts to do his thing. Alec and I stand back a few feet and just watch.

Hey guys :D I updated! Yay! *Cheers and applause* So I'm still editing 4321 (Four Worlds Three Prophecies Two Mates One Destiny). So now I can focus more on writing the book than fixing it(: Anywho, tell me what you think. Do you like the new name and cover? Comment what you think.
