•Chapter Three•

(Matthew's P.O.V)

I still wasn't sure if she would come..
It was already getting dark and she hasn't showed up. I was getting kinda worried.

I sat ontop of that little mountain and stared at the stars. They reminded me of her eyes..  I layed down and closed my eyes. I didn't think she would actually show up.

After a few minutes I heard someone comming. It was her.

I stood up and smiled. She looked kinda..confused? Uhm.. Then I finally spoke: "So you came, my lady!"

"Yeah," She answered, "so..uh..do you have any plans or something on your mind?"

I sat down and so did she: "I just wanted to watch the stars and talk with you! This place is peaceful and beautiful so why not?" I looked at her and smiled again.

"I never really got to know your nam-"
"It's Skylar. My name is Skylar" She said before I could finish my sentence.

"Such a beautiful name for a gorgeous girl like you, my lady," I saw a light pink blush appear on her face.

"T-thank you I guess..."

After a few minutes of silence she finally spoke again: "Why are you doing this?"

"Doing what? Did I do something wrong?" I looked at her and worried a bit.

"No, I mean.. Why did you want to meet me again? I'm just a stranger from a forest."

I chuckled: "Well..who wouldn't?"
She blushed again and layed down. She was watching the stars with her two beautiful cyan blue eyes. I just can't get over them.

It was really nice just laying there but then I looked at the time. It was 01:43 A.M...
Wait what?!

I stood up and looked at Skylar: "It's really late. Shouldn't you be home? I bet there are people waiting for you!" She looked at me and shaked her head.

"No one really cares. I'm always staying up atleast until 3 A.M.," She said and looked at me.

"How come so?" I asked and sat down next to her.

"I just really like to have some alone time. It's nice here at night tho... Forest is my favourite place in the whole world. There are no annoying and loud humans.." She said and looked at me.

"Actually...I agree with you," I smiled and took her hand, "Lets go!"

She gasped: "Wha- Where??"

I stood up and started walking: "Just come! I'm not going to murder you or anything," I chuckled.

"Mh fine." She smiled and followed me.

I was going to bring her to a waterfall. It wasn't really a big waterfall but it was still okay. I liked it.

"So where are we going," she spoke, "At least give me hint."

I looked at her: "A hint? Mh..That place is as beautiful as your eyes," She giggled.

When we finally got there she gasped and looked at me: "Woah..this is amazing!"

"I know right. This is the only waterfall in this forest," I said and then we both sat down. To be honest..this actually went very well! I haven't seen anyone like her before. She was gorgeous.

After a while she finally spoke: "I'm sorry but I have to go now. It's already almost 3 A.M...

I looked at her and asked: "Would you like to see me again my lady?"

She smiled and stood up: "Yeah, why not?"

I stood up as well and kissed her cheek: "You know where to find me then," she blushed and slowly started walking away.

"See ya later kitty," she waved at me and dissapered after a few seconds in the forest.

I was just standing there and smiling.
"I'm a lucky man."

(Third person's P.O.V)

The next evening Skylar came to the mountain again. Matthew was waiting for her. They both stayed up for all night and just talked. They got to know each other better and they felt more comfortable around each other. They talked about a lot of things like their hobbies, friends, future plans and a lot of other things. It seemed like they both really liked each other.
At the end they decided to meet on the mountain every night.So they did. Every night they met on the mountain and talked about stuff.

After two months they began dating.

A year after Skylar moved in Matthews house.

Three years later they got married.

Everything was going so well. They had a few arguments but that diddn't really change anything.
Everything was perfect.
But everything changed when Skylar told Matthew that she was pregnant.
At first he seemed happy but the next morning she noticed that all of his clothes and things were gone...
He left without saying a word to her.
And she never met him again.

For many months she was depressed. She didn't talk to anyone. All she did was lay on that mountain...

She was broken.
