Vegan Sautéed Green Beans in Garlic Sauce

(Take note: This is someone's favorite food and I love to try this kind of food.)

Ingredients:

1 pound green beans

4 or more cloves garlic

Olive oil or any kinds of vegetable oil

Soy sauce (either regular, light or dark)

Water (for boiling green beans)

Pepper (ground) (to taste)

Directions:

1.) Remove all the edges of green beans then chop into big chunks of green beans then blanch these into the boiling water until it becomes tender then drain the beans and set aside.

In a separate pan/ wok, sauté the garlic in olive oil until the garlic is golden brown then put all the green beans into the pan then season with pepper and soy sauce until the sauce coats all the entire green beans then enjoy it! :D

(Note: you might also sauté the shallots with tomatoes in the sauce for additional flavour.)
