Prologue
Robert Harding arrived at the bottom of the stairs that led to the Crypt inside The Marsten House. He saw a lot of black colored coffins; he saw a lot of spiders' webs on the rotting rafters.
And he heard the creaking of the opening coffins...as the Master's new Vampires bared their sharp fangs, and raked their long claws along the edge of their 'beds', in the gloom.
