Ever since she was woken up by her eldest sister that morning, Sakura had been receiving nothing but birthday wishes and compliments. Each and every one of them made her blush more and more than ever before. At some point, she wondered if it was safe and healthy to have all that blood rush to her head. Luckily she was not upside however...
"Sakura!" The birthday girl turned around to greet her older sibling. She hadn't seen them throughout the day, only wondering where they wandered off to.
"O-Oh, hello" she smiled sheepishly. "Where you looking for me?"
"Yes, actually" Kamui gave her a gentle smile before taking her hand in theirs, dragging the youngest royal to the Mess Hall. "I've been working on a little something, and I need you to taste it"
"M-Me? Couldn't you ask someone e-else?" Kamui glanced back at them, halting their pace. "I'm sorry! I-I..." But before she knew it, both of them were inside the Mess Hall. It took her a while to process everyone in the army was inside awaiting their, her, arrival. They all cheered for her and brought her closer to one of the tables with a large cake staring at her.
"Happy Birthday Sakura!"
