I picked Jalen up and him in the car and started to speed to the hospital running red lights and not giving a damn if the police were behind me.

we followed the nurse into the room and i saw him. he looked so broken.the nurse told us he had a few fractured bones and wont be able to play football until next season. but right now he was asleep, his lips were pale, and he wasnt moving. he looked dead.

me- can i be alone with Jalen please

everybody leaves the room. i held on to Jalens hand and i started talking to him as if he could hear me.

all i remember was being put on a hospital bed and passing out cold. im in a dream.

God-of course not heaven isnt quite ready for you yet and plus you cant leave your twin and the rest of your family. but just know it was amazing that you got hit for your sister.

me-thanks i couldnt let her get hit so it was rather me than her

God-very well. look down what do you see
