Dean's P.O.V. 

"Would you like to see your visitors?" the nurse asks me 

i already knew who was here 

everything that happened while i was in the coma

i remember it

i remember everything 

"sure" i tell her smiling 

i was happy 

i'm out of that nightmare 

i mean, i feel like i was hit by a train, but i'm happy 

and i couldn't wait to see my family 

bobby was the first to walk in 

he quickly walked over embracing me in a hug 

i chuckled lightly 

"it's good to see you, boy" he says to me 

i could tell he meant what he said 

he pulls away and looks towards the door 

where sammy and cas are standing in the doorway 

i look at sam then up at cas 

"hey cas" 

i tell him 

sammy then runs over to me and wraps his arms around my neck 

hugging me tightly 

i grunt in pain a little bit but he doesn't pull back at the slightest 

i just wrap my arms around him 

"it's ok sammy, i'm fine" i tell him soothingly 

"you scared me dean, i thought you were going to be gone, just like m-..." he trails off 

i knew he was going to say mom 

but i just shushed him and ruffled his hair a little bit 

he then pulled back 

his face wet with tears 

i chuckle at him and pat his head 

he chuckles and rolls his eyes at me 

"bitch" i tell him 

he laughs this time 

wiping away his tears he says 

"jerk"

then i look up at cas
