{Skipping few days/Tami's POV}

I was walking down the hallway just taking my time since it was a free lesson. Mr Olatunji had a meeting to go to so everyone went for lunch or just went missing to do God knows what. However I didn't go, I'm gonna meet with the girls then go for lunch since we always do. I was walking towards my locker until I heard my name being called, I stop walking and look in the direction

"Tami?" I push my glasses up to see Mr Minter walking towards me

"Yes?" I asked

"Shouldn't you be in lesson?" Mr Minter asked

"Mr Olatunji has a meeting and didn't get a cover lesson so free period sir" I said and Mr Minter nodded his head

"Of course he wouldn't get a cover lesson" Mr Minter said and I giggled

"It's not the first time sir" I said

"I know. I still remember walking into the gym to find a group of students just running around when there was no teacher" Mr Minter says and I giggle as we walk to my locker

"Do I have training on Saturday?" I asked

"When have I ever cancelled training?" Mr Minter asked while raising an eyebrow

"Not yet at least" I said

"So what's the answer?" Mr Minter said

"Yes there is training" I said and frowned

"You are learning" Mr Minter said and I smiled

"You are being way too formal" I said

"Have to look professional at school. Maybe out of school, I'll act more chilled and not so formal" Mr Minter said and we stopped at my locker. I open it and place my bag inside before grabbing my money and phone. I close my locker

"This weeks training will be different" Mr Minter said

"How so?" I asked confused

"I noticed that you haven't started with the work me and Mr Brown set during class so I figured that I would help you instead. At least get you a C, maybe a B in the writing part of gym" Mr Minter said and I look at him surprised

"Oh wow. Thanks sir" I said a little shocked making Mr Minter chuckle

"I'm nice Tami, don't look so shocked. I know I'm tough on you but I wanna see you succeed than fail. I don't mind helping plus I did judge you too quick" Mr Minter said and I can't help but smile

"When did my gym teacher become a big softy?" I joked and Mr Minter rolled his eyes

"Very funny" Mr Minter said just as the bell rang

"I better go find Natalie, Jenny, Freya or Kay" I said

"I'll see you around" Mr Minter said before starting to walk down the hallway. Just then I remembered something

"Sir! Where am I meant to meet you on Saturday?" I said

"Keep an eye on your phone" Mr Minter said and disappeared just as other students started to rush out of classroom. I thought about what Mr Minter said and realised how we actually had a chilled conversation. Maybe I judged him wrong...

A/N

I know I'm the worst at updating lately. I had stuff going on yesterday and I did try to update at night but the whole of this chapter disappeared so it was clear that yesterday wasn't my day

Today I had a lot going on plus I've been running around for my younger brother. The idiot cracked a bone and now has a boot on his left leg. He didn't go school the whole of last week and went for a scan today so he got the boot today

It's almost 11pm and I'm updating. I'm writing on my phone than my usual laptop so I'm sorry for any mistakes. My hands are dying rn from typing so quick just so I can get a chapter out

I'll try updating tomorrow but I don't get home until 5:30/5:35pm sometimes 6 from college on Wednesdays. Wednesday are actually the days were I have the longest day at college but I don't start college until 2:15 on Thursday so I might just stay up at write just so I can just update
