I'm sorry for not updating on Wednesday. I had so much more to write for this chapter and my cousin's laptop wasn't working so I couldn't get this chapter written and done in time
{Simon's POV}
Tami pulls away from the kiss after awhile for air, I rest my forehead against hers
"Let's go sit down" I whisper and Tami nods a little before I pick her up, Tami wraps her arms and legs around me as mI carry her to the picnic set up before sitting down with her in my lap. I lean against the tree and Tami sits beside me before snuggling into my side. I keep an arm around her before grabbing a glass bottle of Coke, I hand it to Tami before grabbing one for myself
"What did you get?" Tami asked before taking a sip from the bottle
"Basics to be honest. Didn't get much since the others are having barbecue so when we get back we just have to join them" I said and Tami giggled
"Simon, I don't mind joining them after but what did YOU get?!" Tami asked and giggles, I chuckle
"Coke, strawberries covered in chocolate and grapes" I said and Tami smiles

"Sounds like a nice evening" Tami says and I chuckle before grabbing a strawberry then holding it up for Tami. Tami looks at me before taking a bite of the strawberry
"Not bad" Tami said and I roll my eyes
"You make me sound like I don't do anything nice for you" I said and pouted, Tami giggles before kissing my cheek
"Oh hush! You know I love you" Tami said and I smile
"I love you too" I say before leaning down and kiss her. She smiles before kissing back, we pull away after a few seconds. Tami stares into my eyes before breaking eye contact and grabbing the grapes, she moves back and I raise an eyebrow
"Catch" Tami says before throwing a grape at me, I quickly catch it in my mouth and Tami pouts
"Keep trying" I says and Tami grabs another grape before throwing it but I catch it again. Tami pouts again before sighing
"I don't like you" Tami says before grabbing another grape, she throws it towards me but instead of one. I see four flying towards me, they all hit my face and Tami giggles
"Nailed it" Tami said and I glare at her
"That wasn't fair" I said and pouted
"Get good kid" Tami says and I grab the grapes before grabbing a few grapes. I start to just throw them at Tami and they all hit her, she squeals and tries to hit them away
"SIMON" Tami screams and I laugh while continuing to throw the grapes
"Get good kid" I say mockingly, Tami pouts before catching a grape and eating it
"OI! That's cheating" I said and Tami giggles, she sticks her tongue out before kicking her heels off then standing up and running off
"OI" I shout before setting the grapes down, I stand up and kick my shoes and sock off before chasing her down the beach. Lucky for me, I'm faster than her so I managed to grab her before she could get anymore far. I grab her from the back and pick her up before spinning her around, Tami screams and grips my arms so she doesn't fall. I laugh and stop before setting her down, she turns around and stands on her tip toes. I laugh and pick her up so she's levels with me, Tami smiles before wrapping her arms and legs around me
"Lanky" Tami says and I chuckle
"You're just short" I say and Tami pouts, I wink at her before kissing her. She continues to pout before giving in and kisses back..

I might update this weekend to make up for how much I've missed this week but it depends on how much I can get written this week

Also I'm back home, got back yesterday. A lot of things went wrong Tuesday and Wednesday but I'm thankful God protected me and my family. Literally had my heart drop on Tuesday after witnessing something but Alhamdulillah everything is good now
Also a little note: Never judge someone based on their race, religion, sex, culture, illness, etc. Everyone is equal&we live in a mixed world. Accept everyone✨
