The aftermath of Anakin slaughtering the entire village of Tusken Raiders aside, this scene is truly a tearjerker. I mean, Anakin has nightmares of his mother dying. He goes home to Tattooine to find her. He is reunited with her, only to have her die in his arms. And this is really where we start to see Anakin going down the path to darkness.
