13. Please Teach Me How to Dance

Amy's POV
Awwwwwwwwww sweet Möbius, I need someone to help me with dance lessons before the ball it's a Tuesday, June 10 and the dance is just 3 weeks away, I needed lessons now, now I can't ask Sonic to ask me to dance cause he'll be asking me to dance with him on his birthday, I have no other choice, I stood up from my chair and walked towards Manic's chair

Manic: 'turned to me' oh hey Amy, what's up?

I wrote in my sketchpad and showed it to him

I'm sorry that I bother you but during lunch break can you come to the school gym with me, it's kinda important and you better not tell Sonic about this

Manic: oh umm..... Sure no prob

I bowed at him and walked to my seat, I sure hope he knows how to dance

I stretch my seat and I notice Sonic's looking at me, I gave him a questioned look

Sonic: say Amy....do you wanna-

I cut him off and wrote in my pad and showed to him

If your asking me to go to the dance with you, I accept but don't bother me for the next 3 weeks

Sonic: really that's great, but why would I stay away from you?

I looked down and stood up and walk to Manic's seat and tap his shoulder, he turned to me and I nodded, he nodded back and understood, he stood up and showed him the way and walk out of the classroom

Normal POV
Amy and Manic made it to the gym and they noticed no one's around, they walk to the middle of the gym then Amy inhaled and turn to Manic, but he spoke

Manic: okay Amy what's going on?

Amy: 'deeply inhale, then exhale' I can speak Manic, and I can read your minds

Manic's eyes shrink with disbelief

Manic: does she really read my thoughts

Manic: woah I can't believe it!! That's incredible Amy

Amy: yes and I told already my secret to the girls, and your the only boy I told my secret to, so it's best if you didn't tell Sonic or any of the other guys as well, I tell them when I'm ready to tell them, promise me that?

Manic: sure girl, promise is a promise, so why do you want me to come with you here in the gym?

Manic: 'thinking, and realized' oh yeah, my mom thought me how when I was 8, it was embarrassing but I got used to it, but why

Manic: 'shocked' wait? You can't dance?!

Amy: sssssshhhhhhh!!! Be quiet! Yea I can't dance 'exaggerated' yea since I was little I can never dance in my life, but right now someone who really cares for me for the first time, asked me to dance with him on his birthday, and I messed it up he'll never talk to me again, so I'm asking 'kneel down' please help me how to dance
