MANY people have this fear that their going lose everyone they care about. In most cases it's because it's already happened. Both Emmie and anonymous have both lost someone they love and now, it results in both of them clinging to the thought that everyone is going to leave them.
After telling her what had happened with his dad, all they did was speak about the most random things. It only ended when, Emmie fell asleep.
