TELLING someone you've fallen for them is always a scary and daunting thought and as soon as Emmie typed those words and sent the message, she instantly regretted it. It made it too real.
Tormenting thoughts were constantly going through her head and the fact that Sam didn't reply for at least 3 hours, seemed to feed into them.
