**Ashley's POV**
After the bang we collected the rest of the canned food and the water then left, all the time being flanked by at least one person. For some reason it was always Alfie staying by me, something about protecting his cousins friend, meh I didn't pay much attention to that. "Uegh....UEGH! UEGH!" We heard gurgles from behind us and spun around. There stood three zombies that were making there way towards us, slowly being joined by more of them. My eyes widened,
"Everyone run!" Lewis ran of with Nazia and I pretended to follow but I turned around and started shooting their heads.
"Ash! Come on we have to-" I stopped whoever it was with a gun shot.
"NO! Forget me, I'll catch up. I promise!" I heard struggling from behind me.
"NO! W-we can't-" I heard Alfie start but was stopped again by a loud bang, louder than the last.
"-we can't just leave her!" Lewis finished. I groaned in annoyance,
"Just go, I'll be fine you'll see me again." I turned around just to catch them being dragged off. "I promise..." With that I turned around, tears threatening to spill. I continued shooting and made sure the rest were gone before I belted outta there.
