The scratches in her hand were easily visible.
She could not believe what she had heard. Her friend whom she trusted so much, did not even understand her feelings and was in such a big misunderstanding that she loved him! How could he!
She kept on rubbing her hands till they were red and stopped only when her hands began to hurt. Then she wiped her face and hands and proceeded to tidy her hairs.
Her rejection to his proposal did not go down too well with him. The end of their friendship was just the beginning of her ordeal. Being her best friend, he knew everything about her daily routine from her waking up time till the time she went to bed. This information that he had proved to be dangerous for her as then started the cat and mouse game between him and her. Wherever she went and whatever she did, he was sure to be present over there.
She combed her hair and looked at herself in the mirror. No matter how much she tried, those marks were just not going. Her eyes were filled with tears again.
When it became too much for her to bear, she finally complained to her teacher. The matter reached the Principal and both their parents were called. He was thrown out of the school with a black T.C. His parents sent him out of the city. But she also couldn't continue in the same school. Her parents changed her school and sent her to an all girls school. Gradually, everything became normal. But suddenly after two years he came back and everything started once again. But this time, it was more dangerous.
